We have been using their service for years now! Always helpful and willing to help and assist wven when we were stationed overseas.
The employees are always nice and welcome us with a smile. No issues with bank transfers etc. A bank I can literally say I trust and feel like home!

If you want inconvenience then by all means go with this credit union. I have a vehicle loan with them and to make that loan payment you have to literally go to the credit union. The online systems they have don’t allow you to pay it online from another bank account. If you transfer money from another bank to them you get fees from both ends and it’s not worth it. I work from 8:30 am until 5pm and can’t make it to the branch without taking off work. Their Saturday hours are a joke because departments leave when ever they feel like it and you don’t end up receiving the help you need. I give them two stars because of the «great» interest rate they gave me. Which is still higher than my last vehicle loan and I got when I lived in Hawaii, one the countries more expensive states (my credit score was the same for both loans).

I was a member for several years and just closed my account today. I went in last week to resolve an overdraft (which was actually a fraudulent transaction on my account) and they would not reduce the $ 125 in overdraft fees, even after agreeing it was an unauthorized use of my account. I decided to eat the fees and continue on… until today. They put a hold on my acct. last week because of the overdraft and didn’t tell me. So my card was declined at a cash register because of the hold and when I called to settle it, they gave me the run around and told me someone would call me back tomorrow. No, thanks. I drove down, got all my cash and turned around to make my purchase. I was so happy to be putting my money into a credit union instead of a big corporate bank, but no longer. They treated me like a criminal for something that wasn’t even my fault, then denied me access to my own $. Look elsewhere.

I am part of a share branch and they will not let me use the drive up teller because I am not a member of this particular credit union. This means I need to go in each time. This would not be a big deal if they had signs posted on their drive through so I did not wait there for twenty minutes to only find out I could not use the drive thru.
