1st Dental Care

Great service always get me in early always nice and professional. I love the dentists here wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fraud!!! Dr. Longboui is a con. After repeat appointments for my daughter, first to find she had 2 cavities, so they filled them. They faulted so for the second trip round they had to fix them again. now they are saying they have to preform a root canel. My son also had a visit, after supposibly finding cavities and filling them, they said the filling failed and had to do more work. After antibiotics for my daughter and pain and suffering from my kids i took them to Tucson and found out they had nothing wrong at all!!! They are ripping off your insurance company and harming people. I’ve been there a half a dozen times with no results. Just having to scedule more and more appointments for nothing but to line their own pockets. This dentist office is a serious scam. Please do some homework before you let people mess with your health!

First, the staff is amazing. I have never felt like just a number in their books. From the front desk to the dental hygienist to the billing person, I am their priority and they are positive and understanding.
Second, I have had equally positive interactions with the dentists. I ask questions, and they’re patient with me and give good, solid answers. They go out of their way to offer me options for treatment (like not needing numbing for a superficial baby cavity) and constantly ask if I’m doing okay while they work in my mouth.
When one of my fillings was being weird, they fixed it for me at no additional cost (not for the filling, not for the appointment). Oh, and no lectures for the ten year gap in dental care. No lecture about how little I floss. No sighs. Just good information and advice.
Third, I have a weird mint allergy, and they took the time to find alternative floss for me (we use peds floss picks), so that I wouldn’t have an allergic reaction. They are so good that my husband who abhors dentists willingly does his twice a year check-​ups.
Would I recommend them? Wholeheartedly, and I do!

Apparently a 12 mm pocket adjacent to an impacted wisdom tooth is a big deal. I didn’t know, because in the five years I was a patient of Dr. Bui’s he never mentioned it. He never really spoke to me at all. Actually, in all those years, he made eye contact with me maybe twice. I finally listened to my gut and sought out a new dentist — and just in time.
It should be noted, the staff is wonderful (the sole reason for that second star) and this review bears absolutely no reflection on them.
