Update 10−24−15 Bill Fleming had an «estate» sale at his warehouse at 15 W St Joseph St # C in Arcadia. I showed up at his dismal little sale with a poster board showing my furniture consignment receipt, his pictures of my goods from his website, and my notice to anybody not to use him or trust him. Two of my stenciled yellow chairs were actually there for sale. I tried to get to pay me the $ 1,100 he owes me or at least give me my chairs back or a deposit on what he owes me. Zilch from him. He said that my receipt that he wrote out in Dec 2013 was a forgery. I planned to stay out front as a picket and show my info to any customers who showed up at his sale. He actually called the Arcadia Police on me. What a JERK! The police showed up and were very nice. They verified everything with me and said I was not breaking any laws and could stay as long as I wanted.
But since it was hot and sunny and not one customer came after I was there, I gave up. I guess it’s Small Claims Court for us.

I was treated very unprofessionally by Bill! He came to my house to discuss an estate sale and left saying he would call me the next day to give me the date. He never called, nor would he take my calls! I left numerous messages. Finally, I contacted a friend who recommended him. She got a hold of .him and he told her my job wasn’t big enough for him to bother with! Why couldn’t he just tell me that? He wasted 10 days that I didn’t have to clear out my house.
What made this even more unkind and rude was my husband just died 2 weeks ago and Bill knew this!!!

Great little place off Baldwin in the heart of Sierra Madre. A truly eclectic mix of items. Well worth a stop.
