I am very surprised to read such negative reviews after frequenting this company. The staff was nothing but nice and professional– they remodeled our entire floors and did a swift and qualitative job, as fa as I can tell. I can only recommend them and thought the pricing was more than fair. Hope this helps:-)

Too much attitude, as in very obnoxious. Asked for four coatings, but still the floor scratches VERY easily. Forgot to give me my key back afterwards, and took a week to give that back to me. During that week, he did not call me me back despite numerous phone calls as to why my key was not given back to me. Moreover, he took 2 weeks to haul the old carpet away after job was done, despite many calls to his phone! Put in quarter rounds that look ugly. Also, they were very expensive.
