i cannot begin to tell all of you what an amazing company choice pest control and joel pena. i have never had the professionalism and a company who truly cares. i had a rat problem. first he guaranteed his service for 6 months and he has come out every week to check. the other pest control companies only had 1 month. one more thing that makes this company amazing. i asked him about a monthly service and he honestly said you do not need it right now because u have very few ants and no spiders because of the cold. ok people i dont know about you but i have always experienced a service compnay that try to sell you everythig. to you joel thank you so much!!! marina from pasadena

hmmmmmm: this is my update. Had another company come and quote ½ price for EXACTLY same work. Yes, my friends, ½. We thought Choice quote was high… but never had to deal with rats before… what do we know re: cost to deal with? We expected maybe other company to come in bit less… so either Choice really high or other company extraordinarily low. Whatever. I’m scratching my head here…

I visit my folks often in SoCal and found that rats were living in their basement. Needed someone dependable in the area — and found the right folks! Joel did EVERYTHING he said he would. Showed up, inspected, checked the traps, sealed up the perimeter, called me with findings, coordinated the visits (very important to me). He was prompt in calling me back and very professional. Thanks!

We had ants streaming through our house at certain times of the year. Had this problem for many years at two different houses. We tried every home remedy we could find, sprays, bait, some BS mystery chaulk… nothing worked. Although Choice had to come once a month, they stopped the ants. After a year or so, we went to once every 3 months and no ants now for several years.
