Finally some great food in the Sidney area. I’ve tried the chicken yakitori and chicken bento box. The yakitori wasn’t the best I’ve had, but the serving size was nice.
The bento box on the other hand, was an enormous amount of food that I definitely couldn’t finish but was all super delicious– tempura veggies, soup, salad, california roll, chicken teriyaki. Can’t wait to come back and try their sushi rolls.

This was my first time in Sidney and we picked well for a place to grab lunch. Anna was a very good server and took great care of us. My husband got a combo of steak and shrimp with fried rice and some veggies with the soup. I had the same except with scallops. Perfect amount and good price. Very pleased.
They have sushi that looks good but we didn’t try it this time

I have visited Fuji numerous times since it opened in Sidney and can honestly say that my meal has always been excellent! The presentation of the sushi dishes is very appealing to the eye and the dishes are well prepared. The staff takes special care to ensure that your meal is to your liking and that you truly enjoy your experience. They have hibachi dinners for those who are a bit wary about trying or eating sushi which are also quite good. If you are going to try sushi for the first try I would recommend the Philly Roll as it is fairly mild and one of my favorites! If you are looking for something new to try just ask the waitress, I have yet to get a bad recommendation from her, always just what I was craving! Overall if you live in the area and haven’t stopped in you really should because you won’t be disappointed you did!

Good food and so happy to have a sushi place in this area!!! The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. This is the only place we eat now.
