Home Depot is reliable when I am trying to find the things I need for the house. My toilet was constantly running from the seal leaking inside the toilet. I purchased the seals that they had for $ 6 and it did the trick.

Less Doing, More Annoying… that’s this Home Depot.
Never mind that you can NEVER find an employee at this location, those that finally manifest are typically found nestled comfortably in chairs. Once disturbed from their nesting spots, the attitude is almost palpable! Aside from a (very) small assortment of decent individuals, the location is crawling with condescending and unhelpful folks who act more like Professors of their Craft with tenure than hourly associates working in customer service.
«That floor? No we needta order that floor.» I’ve visited twice — no one mentioned that. «No, we needta order that.»
Can I have a tracking number for the order?
«Oh you’ll get an email or something when it comes.»
Like other posts mention, someone in this company needs to fly in and CLEAN OUT their customer service desk — I’d suggest some salt & blessed water to help the process along.

These stores get a bad rap. Generally helpful people and knowledgeable people. You do have to keep asking for assistance because they seem too busy to help for more than 57 seconds. I’ve spent thousands in the past month and it has all went well so far.

I come from all over the U.S. and right now I’m here visiting my family from Cali. It was the worse customer service I’ve ever seen in a Home Depot. Kinda makes me want to go back to Lowes actually. And I’ve been going to Home Depot all my life. Not only was it bad customer service, but the man was really unknowledgeable about a simple brace I wanted to hang my shelves with. For some reason he kept on directing me back to the sheet rock. I will def be staying you of that store and also letting my fam and friends know.
