Salon Sogno

Love love love Salon Sogno. I have been a client of Teri’s for years and still travel back to the Salon from Boston for my cut and color. I have visited other salons over the years when living in Wellesley and Boston and could never find someone who matched Teri’s talent for knowing exactly how I want my hair to look, even when I’m not sure myself. It is an added bonus that the salon itself is immaculate and relaxing. Lounging on the leather sofas with a hot coffee while my color sets is a small piece of heaven. Try it, you won’t regret it.

This is a beautiful and modern salon, I highly recommend going! I’ve had Carmen and Brianna who both did amazing jobs on my highlight and ombré. Great atmosphere!

Love this salon! Been salon hopping for a while now and for the first time in a long time I left LOVING my hair! Jazmine is the best stylist I’ve ever had. No doubt I will be coming back to her!

I get my haircut here often and it always come out well but I had the worst eyebrow waxing experience yesterday. The lady was nice enough, but the waxing was awful. She didn’t wax in between my eyebrows and there was still tons of unruly hairs underneath my eyebrows AND she waxed off the bottom quarter of my eyebrow. And I still had to pay 15 $. That awful experience knocked down what would usually be a 4 star experience to a 2 star one knowing that they make customers pay for half ass eyebrow waxings.

What a great hair salon! I have visited a number of salons, but Salon Sogno was exactly what I was looking for. It’s beautiful inside with quite a few stylists, all of whom were busy. I was in desperate need of a color and good haircut and Carmen fulfilled both of those needs! I left the salon feeling great, which is exactly what should happen! Just had to share my great experience with this salon and can’t wait to go back!

I recently wanted to do something different with my hair, and I got a referral to try this place. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was the beautiful look of the salon. It was absolutely stunning. I was referred to John and within 2 minutes of being there I was seated. John was so wonderful, and nice. I told him what I wanted and gave me exactly that! He even customized it to fit me and my completion. He gave me the perfect cut and color, and I couldn’t be any more in love with it!
I wouldn’t hesitate to get my hair cut by anyone in the salon!

This place is expensive but I have tried tons of salons around the Grafton area and always end up back here after my stylist left. A hair cut used to be $ 35.00 but they recently raised their prices to and now a hair cut is $ 40.00 plus a tip so almost $ 50.00 for just a hair cut. I find that outrageous and evn though I do love it there. I will continue my search for somewhere more affordable.

Went today originally planning to get my eyebrows waxed but the employee I had convinced me to get them threaded, mildly painful but that’s to be expected. I had excellent results. The place was clean and classy and my only complaint is that the staff is a bit aloof. However, I know I will be returning.

This is a very modern looking salon on the inside and the staff is very courteous. It seems like it would actually be more expensive than the prices actually are.
Although I have been here about four or five times, I’m only really satisfied with my haircut about 50% of the time. When I went a few weeks ago, the haircut was so short (in time, not length cut off), that even the receptionist made a comment. I asked for a trim, but honestly, I thought it would take more than five minutes. The whole process (shampoo, cut, style) took less than fifteen minutes and I felt a little cheated out of $ 35. I didn’t want to complain, so I didn’t say anything to the stylist.
I’ve also had eyebrow waxing done here and it went well.
Not sure if I will be going back because I feel like the haircuts are so-​so.

I was referred here by a neighbor and am very happy with the stylist I’ve been going to there (Jasmine). She has done a great job coloring my hair. The atmosphere is good and the prices are reasonable.

I have very thick, very stubborn and wavy hair that likes to do it’s own thing, no matter how it’s cut. As a result, I rarely like any haircut I get… except from Natalie, that is! Natalie is absolutely fantastic! She listens to what you want, doesn’t try to talk you into what you don’t want, and gives me a consistently excellent haircut. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair.
The price is very reasonable and the staff area always extremely friendly. The salon is always clean and pleasant to be in.
Highly recommended for anyone in the area!

i have to write a review for Paola, who has been working at Salon Sogno for 2 years. She completely took me by surprise! and in a good way. I went in to have my hair cut by my usual hairdressor– who I love also, but there was an unexpected death in the family, and she left messages on my phones, but I was out without my phone, and didn’t get them. Anyway I was so sorry to hear about her loss. The receptionist asked me if I’d like to reschedule or take a chance on a new hairdressor. I was REALLLY hesitant because I have long thick layered red hair. I need a lot of attention to angle of the cut and on layering techniques/​thinning techniques for it to look how I like it. They brought out someone to determine who they thought should cut my hair, and without hesitating he said Paola. (pronounced Pa-​O-​la) Seeing that she was somewhat young and newish to the salon, I was really hesitant, but needed my hair trimmed, so I said, okay what the heck. Not only did she listen to me but she proceded to give me one of the best haircuts of my life! I am not kidding, she spent a lot of time fixing one of the bulky areas where I have a heavy choppy layer, she thinned my hair, removing a lot of the weight, and she angled the cut in such a way that gives it dimension without the bulk. I look AMAZING and i will definately be back! EVERY hairdressor I have ever had at this Salon is extremely talented. The establishment is clean, well run, and hospitable, and their products are top notch. I am somewhat hard to please. i can’t think of another solitary haircut I’ve recieved outside of Salon Sogno where I didn’t think– «They ruined my hair». So I do not give good ratings easily. I tipped her a 50% tip– I was so pleased! the cut was only $ 35 I couldn’t believe it– considering how much time she spent with me! I also love Paula– different hairdressor, similar name– who is my usual hairdressor! Everyone there is wonderful! and next door is Black Diamond Coffee– what could be better?!

You definitely get your money’s worth with this group of experienced professionals. I have been a client of David Caracciolo for years and would highly recommend him.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They clearly strive to make each experience memorable for every client.

A little pricey, but worth it. Suzanne is the lady I see. I have seen 1 or 2 others, but didn’t click. I’m ultra-​low-​maintenance, meaning my hair has to keep up with me. Suzanne is very willing to do what works for the client, isn’t judgmental, and gives me easy tips to improve my hair despite my neglect.

Expensive… but fantastic. Suzanne does my hair — did all my coloring. Get your eyebrows done while you are there — detailed.
