I found the food in this store is very ordinary. Actually small portion but slightly more expensive than other place, like 20% more expensive. The service is okay. The environment is better than other phở shops. I guess that’s how they keep American customers back. I’ve there twice with friends, but I would not pick that place myself.

Prices are okay as well as the food. Service is great. Although I feel the food isn’t that«authentic» I’ve been to many phò places and this one isn’t even close to being the best. Foods decent though.

Great Vietnamese fix! Porkchop and banh mi are yummy! Phở is too empty with no meat and mostly Broth. Boba has too much ice. Nice service!

Came in here with a friend and absolutely loved it! Great atmosphere, beautiful restaurant and just an overall pleasant experience. Can’t go wrong with the bun bo hue and shrimp Pad Thai and I’d definitely recommend it. The food came out fast and nice and was just all the more better with the thai milk tea(with boba) that we ordered. I know this will be my new go-to place for my Viet food fix! Can’t wait to try all of the other drinks and dishes.

My family and I were in Worcester for the kids crew event and Phở Sure was close to the venue. And given that I just returned from 12 days in the beautiful country(beautiful country, food, and wonderful people) this was my perfect fix. The atmosphere is fine, nothing special and fairly loud. Service was friendly and professional. I did read some grumblings about slow service but on our visit it was not an overly long wait for food and the place was packed. I did see some tables having some issues with wrong entrees being sent out but it all looked like it was professionally handled. For our table of four we ordered crab Rangoon(obligatory for kids, above average and good sized), Sure special bowl Phở(all I tasted was the broth, very good, because my Edward scissor hands son devoured it!), the Filet Mignon Phở(excellent), the Chicken Noodle Soup(sounded plain but absolutely perfect for what was wanted. The chicken in this was superb!), Lemongrass chicken(great essence and good flavor but just didn’t hit the spot) and the special lobster fried rice(everybody else at the table love it, I thought it was ok. Majority rules? No. I giving this an average grade especially because it was suppose to be a «special».). All in all a very enjoyable meal. While not everything hit the mark everything was cooked with a passion that was evident in the flavor a that reflects Vietnam. If I were in the area I would most definitely go again.

MYFAVORITEPHOPLACEAROUND! This place is so delicious and really reasonably priced. My favorite is the summer rolls and the friend banana dessert. I feel like there is never a wait when we are there and the service is quick and low key. Awesome!

Let me start off by saying the food here is very good. Very very good. However the service sucks! I have been here twice not to eat but to pick up takeout. And both times I had to wait over half an hour for my order that was called in. The second time my food has been sitting on the counter for almost 10 minutes before they realized it was mine. All I got was a lousy sorry we are really busy and we have a lot of new people. You just charge me $ 10 for crappy as Boba Tea the least you could do is the least you could do is comp it. Needless to say this will be the last time that this business takes my money.

This was a wonderful surprise that exceeded our expectations! Since it was in the White City plaza, we thought it might be a dive but the ambience is quite nice. To start, we had summer rolls with grilled pork and the double fried chicken wings, both of which were amazing! We also had the phở combo #5 with flank and brisket and the lemongrass shrimp with vermicelli noodles. Both of those dishes were flavorful and very good. Service was fantastic; our waiter was attentive, friendly and prompt throughout the night. Another bonus is that they serve wine, beer and cocktails, including mai tai’s. You get a lot for your money here– great quality food at very reasonable prices! We will definitely go back!

This place is amazing. The freshest of ingredients and the place has a nice young vibe to it. Not your typical phở place. Def try it out — you won’t be disappointed!

A perfectly good Vietnamese phở place in the midst of a mall. If you’re on the road driving up the northeast and want something that’s not a fast food burger if stop here.

Fantastic Phở… sounds like a superhero. But it is. Summer rolls to start, always, and they are the best hands down. Freshest anywhere and the tastiest. The proprietor is a purist and staunchly authentic and rightly proud of what they are serving. Never been disappointed, this place is one of those strip mall hidden gems.

The $ 16.95 Lobster and Seafood soup was back on their weekly specials! As soon as I saw the dish on their Facebook page, I was back for more. All ingredients were extremely fresh as usual. This tasty soup was served in a rich chicken broth. The waiter Kevin kindly accepted my request to substitute rice noodles with egg ones. The service was friendly and efficient. The $ 10.95 large Combo bowl Phở with rare steak and brisket was gluten-free. The beef broth was flavorful. Phở Sure was located in the«White City» shopping center near the UPS center and Trader Joe’s. We were immediately around 1 p.m. this Saturday. The restaurant was nearly full. The free wifi on site has been convenient. Easy and free to park on the shopping center parking lot…

As a visitor to the Worcester, MA area, I was surprised to find that there are many Vietnamese restaurants in the area. I am guessing, but with that kind of concentration it is safe to say that there must be a few really good ones among them. I would normally prefer the fresh-off-the-boat, hole-in-the-wall type of restaurant where the staff speaks little or no english and I end up with a wrong but delicious order after much pointing, handwaving and. charades with the waitstaff. But this time I was in town on business with a much whiter, more suburban colleague riding shotgun, so I opted for for the fusion-type place to ease him toward non-Chinese Asian food. The waitstaff are young, first and second generation college students and milennials who prefer to call the foods by their numbers and English names, as they are described on the menu, so you do not need to use terms like«bun» and«cha giao». The food is a toned-down, somewhat Americanized version of Vietnamese food. The«spring rolls» were quite greasy– the oil was not hot enough when they were fried. The«cucumber salad» was a sloppy, disappointing mixture of apparently cooked cucumber, crushed peanuts and tofu. My colleague ordered the lemongrass beef and was quite pleased with it, he even scooped up the small amount of leftover sauce. Starved for vegetables after days on the road, I ordered the vegetable soup with rice noodles, um excuse me, vermicelli. Vietnamese cuisine is normally vegetable-challenged anyway, but they clearly make a point of not even trying with this dish. I think I found half a leaf of gailan in there, but other than that, there were onlu julienned carrots, the sprouts and basil I added, and gobs of hot sauce and hoisin. I had tried the(vegetable) broth before adding anything, and it was uh… understated. So, kudos for the vegan options, but you need to do more than just subtract meat ingredients from conventional dishes to make a decent vegan facsimile of ethni. cuisine. The service was very fast, and the ambience is very pleasant– clean, nicely decorated and filled with Asian families with stereotypically well-behaved children– no little American kids running relay races, playing tag in the restaurant or throwing dishes on the floor.

Fried ice cream is a must!!! Spring rolls and Sate Phở were also delishous!!! Grilled pork Banh Mi was also really yummy. I wish they had more meat combination tho :(want Banh Mi to be stuffed with meat, not just a few slices Grilled pork vermicelli was good. There was a little too much vermicelli but you can’t complain abt the grilled pork Summer roll and Chicken lemon grass were just ok RESTAURANTISDECENT + SERVICEISSUPER!!!

I think Vietnamese restaurants should be judged by their phở and their bo luc lac. I don’t eat either of these dishes but have dined here with friends who ordered them, and unfortunately they got mediocre reviews. It’s on the pricier side for what you get and it’s always very busy. Even the takeout service is busy — I always call about 30 min ahead if I don’t want to wait for my takeout. I saw a poor lady next to me wait through her entire lunch break for her food, which hadn’t even come out by the time she had to go back to work. I do like the tofu banh mi, which is very good and on par with those I’ve had from Chinatown and Dorchester. I would skip the bubble tea though, it is made with powder and quite forgettable.

This place is amazing. No question. The service was great, and the food was spectacular. Let’s just say it’s art in the form of food! Each broth is delicate and slightly different. I tried each of the soups our party had received, and every soup was unique, in a marvelously subtle way. The prices are great for the quality of food you are presented with. They have plenty of things for the adventurous eater, and many for the traditional consumer. Some of the more eccentric ingredients include quail egg, tripe, and neon pink pork. I had the Saigon Bowl with pork, shrimp, noodles, and a quail egg. Again, the food is prepared to perfection, and I simply cannot believe the care that was taken to prepare my meal. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants incredible food, and a great time.
