I’ve had a hearing aid from NE Hearing for a few years. They invited me in for a free hearing test. Leslie Solies wasn’t there and I was seen by a different audiologist. After sitting through an hour of testing, the audiologist tried to adjust my hearing aid but it seemed to make things worse not better. Then, she tried to sell me new hearing aids! Bottom line, my hearing aid is now operating worse than when I went in. Perhaps she didn’t mean to but her adjustment of my hearing aid seemed to have worsened its performance. I hope she didn’t do that purposely to try to sell me a new hearing aid.
