Just ok, interior is nice but if you have a family above you then you are dealing with a lot of noise.
No elevator in the building, and a little too expensive for what they offer with no amenities at all.
Bills are pretty high even with all energy saving appliances, security is also equal to a month rent, plus insurance needed to get into this place.
To make it short, there are a lot better options in the area.

Best ones I have seen so far. Interior is posh and well maintained. All appliances are energy saving. I have to wait and see my electricity bill. Expensive apts to stay.
