One of the best kept secrets in the area! Kidegories has been a go to spot for high quality gifts for my nieces & nephews over the years. It’s refreshing going there and just seeing the different types of unique items they have. In a way, I feel bad for the kids who grow up knowing nothing but the boring toys, furniture or trinkets predominantly found in the large big box chain stores. The owner(eileen I think her name is) is there a lot and has always been of assistance when I’m the one tasked with getting a gift. They always help me find the perfect item… seriously, what do I know about getting a gift for a 3 y/o girl? Thank you ladies! I look forward to coming in when I have kids of my own!

This store has beautiful items for all babies. If you are buying something off the shelf this store is great. However, if you ever have to order anything be prepared to wait and wait and wait. You better have the patience of a saint. We ordered baby furniture from them in April 2012 for our baby that was due Oct 3. We told them we needed the furniture by end of July so we would have it before the baby shower in August. The furniture was not delivered until August 31st. I called multiple times to check up on my order since no one ever called me with an update since we put in the order. My husband and I both left many messages and only got 1 of phone call returned. In order to get some kind of answer we had to drive to the store and demand to speak with the manager. Their story was the same week after week stating that the vendor was behind on their orders. I have a close friend that ordered a personalized blanket from them for my baby and her order was also extremely delayed and got the same runaround. She ordered a blanket to give me once the baby was born and she didn’t even get it until the baby was 2 mos old. Save yourself a bunch of time. Pottery Barn Kids is down the street and they can pretty much overnight anything that you want or need. Nice stuff, but not worth the long wait. To top things off, the dresser we got is already falling apart and I am going to just eat the cost so I don’t have to deal with the terrible store owner ever again.
