they would have 0 stars if it were possible. they sell plus sizes but not in their stores. the absolute worst customer service of any business I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Today I tried to make a purchase. I made five, yes five different phone calls and had three different chats with various jjill representatives and was given conflicting information at least twice by all these reps. In my last and absolutely FINAL CONVERSATION WITH THEM, the rep told me that after 3 chats and 5 phone calls, I would have to go to a store (can’t take goods home from the store cause they don’t carry my size) to make my purchase. Don’t know who’s running this place, but they shouldn’t be in business.
