To me, there’s really nothing not to like about Brooks Brothers. The service is attentive without ever straying into pushy, whatever is displayed seems to always be available in whatever size you require, and they really do make some timeless and durable clothes. One of the truly great things about men’s clothing is that true classics don’t change very much, and you can take it to the bank that anything you buy here is going to last until it physically wears out. And if that happens to be an item of casual clothing, you’re going to continue to wear it anyway, because there’s nothing wrong with a slightly ratty polo collar oxford shirt or pair of khaki chinos. They’re actually better that way. It may not be your style, but my hard and fast rule is that if you can’t buy it at Brooks Brothers, it’s not something you really require in your wardrobe.

Lately I have been a big fan of Brooks Brothers for things like shirts, ties and socks. The«2 for» and«3 for«shirts appeal to my perferred method of shopping which is to stock up when I do buy. I buy shirts from lots of different retailers and the ones I bought over the past year from Brooks Brothers are some of my favorite. While Brooks Brothers is still conservative it is much less than it used to be. Worth a look.
