All-Access Physical Therapy

Was referred here for back therapy that was limiting mobility and Katie Lund the problem within 10 minutes — an awful fist size knot in my lower lumbar and she immediately began working it out. Per my doc, PT will require several weeks but I feet better after one visit and have 6 weeks to go with daily exercises to do at home. Katie walked through all the excercizes and explained what specific points they are working, she printed copies for me to do at home every morning between visits and she was very professional and thorough. There is also a gym with state of the art equipment next door to use once my back is stronger.
Their cancellation policy is 24 hours notice which is normal, nobody could afford to stay in business if people don’t have the common sense courtesy to call and reschedule if they cannot show up. I was not asked to bring indoor shoes so not sure what the one one star rated was venting about other than probably being a competitor of All Access PT this place is large, open, plenty of room and PT toys and I I am very glad to have found this place. All of the staff have Masters or Phad in Physical Therapy and are very professional and very fit themselves. Love this place.

From the moment I called to schedule my first appointment, I was treated exceptionally well. I couldn’t believe how accomodating they were with morning appointments. I had received treament elsewhere however they felt I had reached a plateau. I was still having discomfort in my shoulders so I contacted All-​Access Physical Therapy and from the moment I started treament I felt I had made the right decision. My discomfort and range of motion was improving with each visit. I am almost back to they way I felt prior to my motor vehicle accident. I truly feel that all the staff and therapist at All-​Access care about me and I would recommend them to anyone. They are the best!

I came here twice in a few years, for two separate injuries. The staff I had is good, and many people from my work come here.
They book out several weeks in advance, but I was able to get post-​work appointments. They may not be good if you need someone immediately.
Staff is professional; gym next door attached is a little weird, but it works.

I had been a customer of the PT staff for over 5 years and when I began, I worked with one of the owners who was excellent. They had great hours and availability. Since they moved into their new facility I have not been as impressed. The next time I needed therapy, it was extensive-​following a tramautic leg break and surgery. My therapist was great and available but, again a new person. When I just returned for arthritis, the staff constantly wanted me to take appointments in the middle of the work day-​the care was less than stellar and my recover was poor. They now require you to bring indoor shoes with you and have so many «rules» it is hard to remember you are the customer. I will choose a much more flexible organization with a staff that puts the patient first the next time around.
