This really is a terrible Starbucks location. The drive thru is always a ZOO, but that’s no reflection on the business itself.
They seem to hire the bottom of the barrel as far as Starbucks employees go. Awful atmosphere. Unfriendly staff. Drinks are easily the worst quality here out of any Shreveport-​Bossier location.
The one on Line is far and away the best one in town.

This location is a Starbucks employee cesspool. Very rude and lackluster types work at this joint.
Go to the one on Line Avenue or Bert Kouns. Only reason I gave it a star is the fact that they have Coffee and if your lucky they might make some for you.

Slooooowest Starbucks eeeeeever. Great if you have ½ hour + to wait for a coffee… oh, and don’t expect a sorry for your wait either. Baristas work extremely hard. This is management… they don’t schedule enough people to meet demand. Oh yes, they also always run out of ingredients… wth?

Starbucks is one of my favorite coffee spots, and they have the best consistency compared to others I’ve been to. I go to this starbucks from time to time and it is always very busy in the drive-​through and in store. The baristas are always very friendly. It does take a while to get drinks since the drive-​through and inside of the store is packed. The only reason I don’t think it is i five stars is because of the time wait and not being 100% consistent with the taste of the coffee.

Omg… are you kidding me we waited almost 10 minutes to get 2 drinks. And they are common drinks! It was so slow there were 3 people working and I saw only one person making drinks. The other two people we making really bad (not funny) jokes. If that was my first time to this Starbucks I would never come back because the service sucked! The person who made our drinks did an amazing job. So thank God for her:)

I really enjoy coffee. Actually it is probably one of the main food groups for me at this point in my life. Stopped in to this Starbucks with my daughter and grabbed couple cups of coffee. Starbucks coffee is good which is probably why they are so popular.
This particular Starbucks has indoor and outdoor seating. We sat indoors and chatted over our coffee for quite some time. The décor and ambience is typical for Starbucks.
I prefer smaller mom and pop or local coffee joint however I wasn’t able to find anything like that while in Shreveport. Starbucks is a safe go to for coffee.

I do agree that this is one of the slowest Starbucks within a half mile radius, but it’s also the BUSIEST! Of course it’s going to take longer for them to put a coffee in our hand when there’s 5 people in line in front of us in the drive thru and even more standing inside. This shop is in an amazing location, closest one to the university and the only one in the area with a drive thru.
Not only is the location and access to a drive thru impressive about this Starbucks, but these employees also keep me coming back. They are personable and caring. Chris Floyd, the shift manager I believe, never fails to make me feel like a friend. I love this Starbucks, and if time allows, I also love snaking through the parking lot with the other cars in line for my cup of happiness.

Second slowest ‘bucks in the area. I stop here from time to time after grabbing dinner in the area. They have screwed up my order several times, but overall the staff is friendly and accommodating. Getting out of the drive thru to get back on Youree is tricky.

This is quite literally the worst Starbucks I have been to in my life. I never plan on going back again. Their customer service is absurd. I have waited in their drive thru for a half an hour before I even was able to order. Then when I do finally get my order there’s usually about a 50 – 50 chance that it will taste dreadful because they have overused the espresso or a variety of other ways they manage to ruin the drink. I have reached the point where I would much rather go to the Starbucks in Target or Kroger because I know I will get much faster service at either place and my $ 4 drink doesn’t taste like garbage. If I could give it zero stars I would. I’ve tried giving them multiple chance hoping it would improve, but this garbage has been going on for months.

I left for work early so I could stop at Starbucks and waited in line for 20 minutes in the drive-​thru with only 3 cars in front of me. When I FINALLY got my drink it was wrong even though the sticker and receipt were correct. I was late to work and it wasn’t even worth it because my drink was gross. Worst Starbucks experience ever.

Solid average Starbucks. It’s more like a quick in-​and-​out kind of place than hanging out with friends or working/​studying for a while. The place is a bit noisy with all kinds of machine running in a relatively place. The atmosphere is meh. but what do you expect when it is located next to a mattress store and in front of a busy road? They never messed up my orders and their wifi is free, reliable and fast to do work on my laptop.

I travel A LOT and go to Starbucks wherever I am, and I have to say this might just be the slowest Starbucks in the world. Literally. Either inside or at the drive-​thru. And they are, if anything, overstaffed for this to be the case. I can’t think when I’ve seen so many employees doing so little and doing it so slowly. I hate to criticize, but this is really exceptionally slow.
