Performance Car Wash & Lube Center

Horrible experience. Pulled up, with my window down, wasn’t greeted. The «guy A» didn’t even say I’ll be with in in one minute. He asked what was I wanted and I ordered the most expensive wash offered. I asked him does that include vacuuming and a wipe down and he said yes. I also asked him if they would wipe down my middle console area and cup holders he said they would take care of that. Left car wash to my next destination. Realized once there that the car was not vacuumed and not wiped down at all. I called and the girl told me they would take care of it. In the meantime, the girl that answered the call told the female owner. She apparently told the guy «guy B“who wiped down the car of the issue. When I arrived back, my car was barely in park when guy B pulled on my locked door handle. I opened it and he was very defensive and said ma’am I wiped your car down. I told him that it wasn’t just the wipe down, it was also the vacuuming. I came back inside and accidentally took the keys with me. He came inside and said he needed the keys. He then wanted to show me the car so I walked out with him where he was focusing on the door panel. I tried multiple times to tell him that that wasn’t my concern it was the console area. He continued to talk over me, so I decided to go inside to speak to a manager. The guy «guy B» followed me yelling the whole way saying «I quit then». The male owner had been walking around the whole time, but never felt the need to handle the situation or his employees until the girl at the front desk told him I needed help. He came to talk to me and was not listening, he kept pointing at the wrong guy accusing him of wrong doing. He said the guy that helped me pick a wash didn’t know what was included and the other guy didn’t even have a high school education. The wife, the female owner, pulled up she came inside and spoke down to me like a child (likely because I look young– but I’m not, I’m 32). She I attempted to explain to her what happened, but she wasn’t interested. At that point, I left and said I just won’t come back. So the moral of the story is… The outside was clean, the inside was NOT clean at all. Don’t go here! Everyone is totally incompetent, including the owners.

The exterior of the car may be clean, but the interior of my car was dusty on the dashboard and not vacuumed at all. I have tried it twice and was let down both times with the interior.
