Can’t give less than five stars because they are handling my heart. He is bad to the bone. They perform a great job at bathing as well as grooming. They offer a self washing your own dog area. They give a wonderful time frame to come pick up your pet after services are completed. They are very friendly and they love and care for my pet. Check them out. I highly recommend them.

I have never had a dog that needs to be groomed so this is a new thing for me. I rescued a 2 year old border collie from the pound 5 months ago. She didn’t have much hair then but once she got some good food and serious love her coat came in full and thick. I wasn’t really excited about the idea of washing her in my tub every few months so after a weekend in the woods I took her for a bath. I decided on the summer cut and I am so pleased. I never expected her to look so great. Her ears, feet, and tail are all nice and neat and she smells great. The people were so nice too. I was told she was scared of the blow dryer so they let her air dry and explained she may be a little damp. That is so thoughtful to not terrify a rescue dog who is still working through some issues. There are a few spots that aren’t 100% smooth but she’s a big excited dog who has never been groomed so great for the first try.

This place was wonderful! We are visiting family and wish they had a place like this back home. We took our dogs and groomed them ourselves, but they helped us through the way. They also did their nails for us. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They provided shampoo, ear cleaner, face cleaner, towels, and brushes. My dogs are so soft. Next time we visit Shreveport, we are definitely going back.
