This place was delicious. I’m a vegetarian and ordered a ‘naked burrito’ — the beans were really good. They’ve got an excellent hot sauce and the horchata was bomb. The service was friendly and helpful.

Fusion Chef by far has some of the most authentic Mexican food within the Shreveport-Bossier Area. The restaurant is definitely a hidden gem. I’ve been going for about three weeks now and the food remains consistent and excellent quality.
