i was at work for k-​mart/​sears
i was working front end cashier, i ran out of bags, so i knew some ladies had been getting bags from the end register, wel i headed down there, not paying attn. to the floor, i slipped in fabric softener that a neglegant employee neglected to clean up. timothy fischer was my lawyer, so well, june 21, 2014 at hot wheels skating rink, i was pushed by staff, and dislocated my elbow, and broke my arm in five places, i also had surgery, well a cple days later i started calling lawyers, and even tho i though tim fish. was a good lawyer he’s not, evidentally he didn’t have the balls to say i can’t take ur case instead, the clerk wouldn’t answer my calls and wouldn’t call me back.
i really wouldn’t suggest this firm they r two faced.
