Firestone Complete Auto Care

I live directly behind this location and I find it to be convenient and modestly priced. I enjoy taking my car there when I need small things fixed and don’t mind paying a little extra to get it done well.
On the other hand the only reason I use this location so much is because of its proximity and in walking distance from my house. The shop is over priced and they only do very simple things to your car.

This place has some severe service deficiencies. The young man working the desk was nice but beyond that the service was atrocious. I was the first person in the store at 7am to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. The whole time I was present I watched the technician (Casey) spend his time texting on his phone. This is totally unacceptable behavior in any business but especially while customers are waiting. The time spent doing a simple tire change out was over 2 hours which is ridicules. This store has been through many, many managers over the years but apparently the one in place now needs to clean house. I question how safe it is to have technicians working on vehicles while being distracted by their cell phones. I wonder what Firestone’s policy is as it pertains to texting and talking on the phone while working on customers vehicles. I fear now my car and its tires are not up to safety standard due to distraction of technician while installing. I will be taking my car to another shop to check Firestone’s work which will cost me an assessment fee. I won’t be back unless there are big noticeable changes at this location.

Got a good deal on a set of new tires. Appointment was for 7:30am – and didn’t pick up car until 12:30 pm.
I dropped my car off and had other things to do – but if this was my only car and had to wait that long I wouldn’t of been too happy.
All in all they didn’t pester me about «changing this and changing that» or mentioning that I needed a new cabin air filter…
I’ll be back and see if I’ll be 2 for 2

Do not go to this place!!! They are a rip off! We made a appointment for for 9 went to pick up for 12 wasn’t ready. We bought new tires and we didn’t have to. We want be back!!!
