Terrible. Bathrooms nasty. The place is out of ketchup. Really. The is a burger place and they have no ketchup until tomorrow. Hey DQ heard of Publix or WinnDixie ???

My expectations for Quick Service Restaurants(QSR’s) are very low: be clean, be fast, be marginally tasty. This DQ location fails on all aspects. No paper products in the restaurant(napkins) or in the restrooms(TP or paper towels). Burnt bun on hamburger. Dirty tables everywhere. Clueless staff. When I finished(after a 40 minute wait), there was a single man still waiting for chicken fingers after ordering 70 minutes earlier. Extraordinarily bad. Whoever owns this place(corporate or franchise) owes me lunch AND an apology. Truly inexcusable.

Under new management. Nice and clean. I know there had been a lot of bad reviews but the workers were super nice and our blasts were wonderful!

The flies LOVE it here! Horrible service. They don’t honor the $ 5 Buck Lunch combo with a sundae. The drink machine was out of Dr. Pepper so I was handed two 12 ounce cans instead. Very embarrassing.

Long lines and slow service. Both women’s and Men’s room out of toilet paper and hand towels. Can’t comment on food as the line was so long I went somewhere else. Sign out front says under new management but that did not help.

Keep driving, dont stop. You will be upset with this place… Took 20 minutes to get our food. Apparently as I was told by the cashier, they«forgot» about our order. When I did get it, they didn’t bother cooking my burger all the way through. It was still BRIGHT pink in the middle! Needless to say, I gave it back and got a fresh one. If mine wasn’t cooked through, how many others went out the door or window at an improper temperature? Not sure if related, but about 30 minutes after leaving, I started feeling VERY sick and ended up losing everything I had just ate… Contacted DQ corporate and got the standard«We’ll pass it on to the franchisee» response. I’ll stick to the ice cream only at DQ from now on…

This place was terrible! I felt like I was watching a bunch of very dumb people fumble around! All we ordered was ice cream and it took 15 min and the workers were visiting instead of making the food. The place was filthy as well. Not a good bathroom stop!!!

In need of better management. The manager was making milk shakes instead of running the show. Had to wait 10 minutes for counter service on a Tuesday night. The cappuccino milk shake was tasty.
