Very bad customer service and the whole store is unorganized and not clean looking. I’d rather shop on Amazon.

THE WORST! No wonder the entire company is about to file for bankruptcy. I called their Geek Squad for a repair and was on the phone… this is not an exaggeration. for almost two hours trying to get the repair set up THEN when the day came when they were to show up… THEY DIDN’T! I was told the appointment had begun to be made but the person never followed through and actually never set up the appointment. An entire afternoon wasted! I hung up the phone, googled stereo services in my city and found a locally owned one who is coming out next week. LESSON LEARNED! NEVER AGAIN!

I have a friend that has all sorts of stupid nicknames for places and his nickname for this place is Best Cry, but anyway, I just feel like the other shoe will drop on this place in the next ten years. It’s still in pretty good shape physically, but they’ve re-​arranged it to where it seems their main goal is to combat shoplifting. The store has taken some emphasis off of selling dvds and cds, but I guess many stores across North America have. I feel a little bit sorry for this store because I remember how ten years ago when this place opened, how awesome it was and how just about every Tuesday there for a while I was in here for new releases on dvd and cd, but I also remember what a task it was to return something here and how the company was sued in a class action law suit in New Jersey (Gym, Tan, Lawsuit!-Oh!) for those practices. I just feel like Circuit City has fallen and it’s only a matter of time before this place has to call it a day. My friend had a funny nickname for Circuit City as well, but I can’t say it here on Unilocal

Avoid the geek squad unless you have 3 weeks, don’t mind not getting called or a place that never answers the phone.

A standard big electronics outlet store noteworthy for its massive collection of Cd’s DVDs and Video games in this otherwise empty town. Everything else can be rated average across the board.
