Absolutely the worst experience of my life. I watched my wife writhed in pain for over 25 hrs in labor. She passed out ten times, the epidural was questionable at best and left her in constant pain. We begged multiple doctors for a cesarean and they refused. Patient rights lol, not here. The only solution they had was to constantly roll her back and forth. I tried to get ahold of an administrator but «none were available.» Her and the baby are in so much stress and im the out look is no better than when we got here. If I thought I could make it we’d be on the way to flagstaff or the valley. If you want to have a baby, don’t do here. Words can’t describe the absolute dreadful experience.

Horrible reception, specifically the male who was more interested in his conversation and showing pictures on his iPhone than proving kind and courteous service to patients waiting to check in. The triage nurse just as rude initially, called my daughter back and just said– stand in the scale– I interjected and asked her her name and introduced us and said it was very nice to meet her. These common courtesies are taught in nursing school, aren’t they. At least the staff in the back were a bit better. Though the doctor spent 3 minutes with my daughter, without exam and completely misdiagnosed her. Unbelievable. JHACO would have a field day with this place. Would not recommend this ER, they need customer service training and there were multiple concerns with cleanliness… Shame on hospital admin and management there for not being better aware of their hospital staff and situations.
