This place is so good. :). We had the chicken pot pie and the crust was amazing. We were able to bring our dogs and eat outside. We will definitely be coming here again when we are in town next.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The pie is fantastic. The cinnamon roll French toast is wonderful. Great biscuits and gravy(I’m getting a double order of those next time I visit). In fact I intend to try everything they have on the menu. Its a great little mom & pop operation.

My husband and I stopped by this restaurant for lunch after looking at the outside sign close enough to see that they served meals as well as pies. Freddie(one of the owners) was helpful with the menu as well as the area(we had moved to Heber recently and were looking for a doctor in Show Low). I had the pastrami sandwich which was huge and the pastrami flavorful. My husband had the chicken pot pie which he said had plenty of chunks of chicken along with the vegetables and a delicious, flakey crust. After we got our meals, Diane(Freddie’s wife) came out and we had a nice discussion about home-made versus store bought pies after which I just HAD to take a pie home. We got home a little late and didn’t have anything prepared for dinner so we had pie for dinner! It was absolutely delicious. Now I can’t wait to head back to Show Low… Also, Freddie told us Diane could bake us any kind of pie we wanted, even if it wasn’t on their list of pies. Now I can’t get coconut custard pie out of my mind…

Popped in with my mom for scones and coffee for quick breakfast before heading to Arts & Crafts Festival in Taylor. Wonderful setting and yummy blueberry scones!

We ate here for breakfast on a limb. The place had fantastic trip advisor reviews. They were all five stars and after eating there I can tell why. The setting of the restaurant is in a cozy and inviting living room. There are only about three tables. There were two employees, both owners, the husband waits tables and the wife cooks. They were both extremely pleasant. The waiter talked to us the majority of the meal, this sort of friendliness is encouraged at his place. All menu items are shockingly inexpensive to encourage repeat business. I ordered chicken fried steak with biscuits and gravy while my sister had cinnamon roll french toast. Both were excellent and were priced under 6 dollars. The cinnamon roll french toast was one of the best things I have ever tasted. All of the bakery items looked really good. Sadly they had already sold out of pies by the time we got there, but we can’t wait to go back and try one. We will be sure to order ahead or get there earlier next time since there is a limited supply.

One of the best slices of homemade apple pie I have ever had! Not to mention the homemade bread bowl for the amazingly wonderful soup and the homemade bun for my son’s juicy cheeseburger. Found this homey café by accident as we looked for a «mom-pop» restaurant in Show Low for lunch. We were overwhelmingly surprised and pleased with the service and homemade food. This is not a place for the city slicker types, it is homey comfort food, with healthy options too. Oh, did I mention the pie! A cozy, and very clean, place with only a few tables, husband and wife team are the staff(he the waiter and she the chef), and they are welcoming and charming. They also offer a full-service bakery as well as food to go, but you should order ahead as they don’t keep too much on hand. I was so pleased to have received the last piece of apple pie for the day! Closed on Sunday and Monday, open Tues-Sat 7am-4pm. We plan to go back soon, hopefully this week, I’ve got to taste the homemade macaroni and cheese!
