Finding talent and professionalism such as this, is next to impossible in this mountain community. Beautiful nail art, current trends, clean equipment and very friendly people. Wonderful pedicures with hot rock treatments. If you’re in the White Mountain are, this should be your nail salon. And I’ve tried a few.

Mikey and Vin are consumate professionals! They have created a wonderful environment to just get your nails and pedicures done. Their designs are creative and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They offer full service. Pedicures include sugar scrub and a hot rock massage.
Appointments are recommended, but walk-​ins are welcome.

A friend took me here to get pampered when I visited her in az. Their service is fantastic and the owner is really cool! I highly recommend this place to get your mani and pedi. They are so creative with their designs! I wish there’s a nail shop like this in SD.

Trendy, great service. Mikey is great, doing tricks with his nail files, sure knows how to keep the clients entertained. This salon is known all their designs. If you can think of it, they can do it. This is the place to go to get your nails and toes did! Awesome and unique designs with the best nail techs that are super friendly and give you exactly what you ask for.

First, I want to address the reviews below mine and say that you should read what they have to say and completely wipe it from your mind to save your IQ.
If you’re a business owner, popular amongst the community, and have to schedule hundreds of appointments weekly — you’d be on your phone as well. Also, why are you complaining that he’s on the phone while YOUR NAILS are in the lamp? You want him to stare you in the eyes and tell you how much the lamp is awesome? You’re just mad at the fact you can’t be on your phone while your nails are being DONE.
Second, the crew within Acute has always provided solid customer service. They’ll accommodate to your every need so long as you’re not a rude ass customer… which apparently some of you are. I’m sorry, did that hurt your feelings? Want me to go Walmart and buy you a box of straws so you can suck it up?
Then you have miss certified nail tech… okay so what the hell are you doing in a nail shop if you’re certified? Doesn’t that mean you have tons of friends who also got certified and would love to do your nails for free? What a bullshit review.
Anyways, enough of those idiots. Point is — challenge them with a design, ask them for advice in regards to your nails, ensure you respect them, and make sure you know what you want so you can schedule an appointment in advance. They won’t fail you unless you’re a rude ass customer. But in that case, that means you deserved it because you suck at life.

Went in a few days ago to get a gel manicure. Waited a few minutes due to being a walk-​in which was okay. The woman that did my nails was okay but there were quite a few particles of dust and debris in my finished mani. The nail tech who was doing the woman’s nails next to me was texting and looking at his phone while her nails were in the lamp which seemed very unprofessional to me. The price was reasonable, but it was definitely a mediocre job.

Came for a mani/​pedi. The pedicure was awesome. Jamie did my pedicure and she did a beautiful job. She spent a lot of time, gave me a nice leg massage and my nails still look great after more than 2 weeks. My manicure was fine. Not amazing– but perfectly fine and lasted for a week (which is about how long they go for me usually). I don’t live in the area, but visit regularly and will come back again to see Jamie.

I was given a recommendation that this was the place to go for nails so scheduled a pedi /​mani. The first thing I noticed was the strong chemical smell when you walk in.
The lady who did my nails was fast and o.k. The lady who did my pedicure was the WORST I have ever had anywhere. My nails were cut so short they hurt. They are ragged, uneven, with nail polish covering the skin past the cuticles, on all sides of my toes with parts of the actual toe nail not covered adequately. The polish was so uneven I took it off at home and redid it myself. It looked as if a child did the pedicure. Even my husband asked what happened. She took forever, trying to do a good job but just does not have the ability.

Best techs on the mountain. They will treat you like family and remember your name next time. Very good prices for the quality service you receive.
