Eterna Medspa and Laser Vein Center

My experience with Eterna Medspa was very discouraging. First, I did not get response on my questions via email. So, I stepped in to find out some info about thermal skin tightening procedure. Two young ladies at the reception desk immediately told me that I am not young enough (I am 56) for this procedure. They started to offer options of Botox and fillers that I was not interested in at all. I was not offered to seek a professional opinion from a doctor, and set an appointment with medical spa professionals, or aestheticians. These ladies, (I am assuming receptionists) made me feel very unwelcomed as a customer. I was quite upset after this. I think that people who work in places like this have to be somewhat more sensitive. Needless to say, I won’t go back. It is too bad. I could become a regular customer because I live nearby.
