All year i look forward to the brownie batter valentine’s day donuts. They are amazing and you should put it on your calendar for next year if you’ve never tried them.
I went into the store and ordered a dozen to share with my friends and family. However, when i brought them home, we found only 2 of the donuts had actual brownie batter filling in them. They all had holes in the top where the filing should have been injected, but do to some error, the filing never got in the doughnut.
Their service was fast and polite, but the false advertising on the brownie batter doughnut was very disappointing.

Always have a good experience when I come to this place. The owner is always extremely nice to me. I haven’t had that other donuts I’ve been too. :-) Makes me more like I am more then just a customer

This review is on the service not the food quality. The coffee and donuts here are fine and exactly as expected from DD.
However…
I ordered a coffee and bagel sammich in the drive thru. I paid, got my coffee, and was asked to pull forward. It’s fast food… How long can it take to make a single bagel sammich? Well… 6 min to be exact. They forgot about me outside and I had to go inside the store and explain what I ordered and they made it in a whopping 1 min as I stood there.
They have a ton of young kids working there that are not very bright.

I am ALWAYS a fan of any Dunkin Donuts. Their coffee is fairly priced and the breakfast sandwich are good. I can get a iced coffee and a sausage croissant for 5 bucks. My poison is iced vanilla coffee with cream and sugar, whats yours?
