Buffalo Wild Wings

Stopped in the other day with some buddies for wings and some drinks. We all got a bunch of boneless wings (which never disappoint). We started off with the sampler appetizer, which was good. Probably should have gotten two for the four of us. I got a beer, and my buddies all got sodas. BWW wasn’t that packed for a Monday so… it was cool. The only downside was it took a bit to get straws for drinks. If that’s the only downside then… it wasn’t all that bad.

I haven’t been to BWW in a while. The restaurant was still very clean and I love that they have hand sanitizer for guests as you walk in. I took my son here at lunchtime on a Saturday and were seated promptly. The server, a young woman, took our order. We ordered 2 apps to share, a side salad for me (their side-​salads are huge) and my son ordered 15 wings. The apps and the sauce that came with were over salted, the Buffalo Chips were luke-​warm and our cheese curds were almost burnt. We didn’t see the server to let her know plus we were very hungry so we ate them. My salad was great, very crispy and fresh. My son said his wings were good. When the check came it was roughly $ 45. For lunch! After review I saw that we were over charged for the apps and was charged for a chicken Cesar salad instead of a side. It took a while to locate our server and when I pointed out the mistakes she just sighed, took the bill and walked away. When she returned with the corrected bill she just dropped it on the table and walked away. No «sorry about that» or comment that the bill had been adjusted or question if we enjoyed our meal. I know she didn’t make the food so I can’t hold it against her but her poor attitude was a bit much. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that I love the atmosphere with all the TVs. Other than that, I see no reason to return.

The food there had no taste at all burgers dry fries had no taste what so ever and they was cold the service was the worst

First time here and it was pretty good I ordered the fried pickles which were good and the Big Jack Daddy burger which I liked very much our waitress was very nice and attentive, overall s good experience and I’ll be back to try the wings

At Christmas we purchased $ 200 in gift cards along with those gift cards came mystery gift cards 4 in total. We were told minimum of five dollars each card. This past week we went out for dinner just ordered two beers and an appetizer platter. The server came with the bill and I asked her how do we handle the mystery card. She said oh well just give me all of them and I said well I’ll just give you one and you let me know how much is on it. she said I’m not going to scam you. I thought that was rather questionable I never thought she would scam me. She took at 4 cards and came back and said we didn’t owe anything and 3.91 left on one of the mystery money. UMMM I found that questionable because she did not give me the gift cards back nor did she give me a receipt indicating the dollar amount on the Mystery cards she just handed me back the $ 3.91 gift card and said that was all that was left. When I asked her for the receipt she said she couldn’t do it until it was checked out I said we are finished will check out now. She then disappeared we sat at the table for a total of 15 minutes and never did I see her again. Be aware I think this waitress took our money from the gift cards because she never returned with a receipt. We were at the restaurant at 4 PM on a weekday not crowded so there was no excuse. BEWARE. BE CAREFUL. GET YOUR GIFT CARDS AND MYSTERY CARDS BACK FROM THE SERVER AND/​OR HAVE THEM SCANNED DIRECTLY AT THE REGISTER.

Worst service ever, been waiting almost an hour for my check to come. Never coming here again.

Ordered online. Guy at the pick up counter was too busy flirting with his co-​worker to pay attention to those waiting. When I was finally served the lady was nice. Realized when I got home the order was wrong and missing items. Didn’t want to go back out so just ate it. Wings were dry and the wedges were cold and soggy. Had issues last time we ordered take out there. Won’t be doing that again.

Servers need to be a little more kind. Maybe they think since it’s such a popular restaurant they can act however they want. Food was cold but I’m not much of a complainer I get what I get, will not be returning

Currently sitting here. Just finished my dinner. Had spinach flatbread for app. Didnt get plates or napkins. Server was too busy talking. Keep in mind. Its not busy this place has 7 tables in the dining area sat. Food came out. Out drinks were empty. Still no napkins. Ordered a side of cheese sauce. Had to ask again. Ordered chips and salsa had to ask for the salsa… really? Got the check & guess what… STILL NO NAPKINS. wont return!

Ordered online for carry-​out and they never got the order. He told me that I probably ordered at the wrong restaurant. I politely told him he was full of it. Especially since I had the processed order up on my phone still. Then he got irritated that I wanted 4 flavors of wings. Given all that, should have just left but my wife wanted these wings.
Normally, I never have issues with these chains but found a dud or at least a bad night.
Going forward, I’ll just order wings from domino’s and have then delivered for a fraction of the cost.

As far as Buffalo Wild Wings go, this is a great establishment. This particular «bdubs» (if you will) is very clean, handles large crowds well and has great service.
I often dine in or call ahead, especially on .70c boneless wing Thursday!

Never had a bad experience here. Seems like there is always room in the bar, even during football season or March Madness. Staff is always friendly and the food is exactly what you expect. Lots of beer variety for a chain. Plenty of TVs with a wide variety of sports. Expect to walk pretty far from your car as it’s a small lot.

Terrible service, we waited a half hour before we were even noticed by the staff. Waitress assigned to our section had to call a different waitress to do her job. I wish I could rate 0 stars because that’s what this restaurant deserves. And that’s from someone who comes here very often.

I was in the restaurant the other day for dinner. I just wanted to say how friendly the wait staff is. I always feel comfortable when I vist! Thank you for the great service. Our meal came out quickly and hot. I will be back and will recommend this store to my friends.

It’s a greasy burger and beers sports bar. Exactly what you need sometimes! Friendly, fast talking staff and a relentlessly upbeat atmosphere. B-​Dubs TV to see people do dangerous stuff while you wait. And TVs. So. Many. TVs.

My wings were dry. They definetly overcooked them. I was there during lunch and in a hurry so I didn’t send them back. I probably won’t be going back to this location again because they don’t know how to cook the food right. I don’t recommend this location at all. I might try the Plainfield location instead.

They need to bring back the original menu back. Not liking the new staff. And this is a corporate Bdubs and no one listens.

I gave it 3 stars because I know the service is usually better, but this review is based on my experience last night. I live about 5 seconds from here and my brother loves it so we went in. We were seated in a booth way in the back and sat over 10 minutes without anyone coming over to our table. Just as I was about to complain, our waitress came over. We ordered everything at once. Fried pickles here are always good and so are the pretzels but we stuck with the pickles this time. I got the crispy chicken wrap with no tomatoes and it was pretty good. My brother got the .50 cent wings, they seemed tossed in a rush because the sauce was only on about half but he didn’t complain. I also got the potato wedges with cheese and those are pretty good. I did get a side of ranch, but their ranch is nowhere near as good as Hooters. I feel like the prices keep going up and the service and food stays the same so it’s never my first choice but I will go once in awhile.

Food is good, beer is cold, but the wait can be horrendous at times. If there is a game going on you’ll definitely want to get here early because there will be people waiting all over the place. But overall there’s good flow here – the waiters and waitresses aren’t dilly dallying around so while you may wait – it’s usually not as bad as it could be. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Been here maybe 50 – 100 times over the last 7 years. This live in Shorewood so it becomes the go to place to keep the kids happy and still get a decent meal and beer with the family. Also attend here with a group of guys for Bears games and Blackhawks games.
During games they usually have raffle prizes and crowd trivia for prizes. I like they have the «captain» here that makes sure the floor is always happy. Managers can’t always keep up so this is a great add on to make sure your customer is always happy.
Food here has always been good as expect from BWW!
Service is… Usually good. I’ve been so many times that it’s inevitable that you will get a bad server once in a while. However I will say they usually have kept the same servers around well over a year at a time. That’s good for a franchise restaurant.
My kids love they have the new Android tablets for free to have at the tables. They have grabber game too if you wanna sink $ 2 per try…
Overall… Always happy here with a good meal.
