Michael has been fabulous. Timely, responsive, knowledgeable and neat. Most importantly, he stands by his work. When he came out to try to revive a sagging AC unit, and tried a number of things that ultimately didn’t work, he credited a lot of the previous labor and parts back when two weeks later we had to replace the entire unit. Then, he figured out why we weren’t getting good airflow to certain parts of the house, and came up with a simple fix that essentially required no parts. His rates are reasonable and he delivers quality work.

First off, thank you to Unilocal.This is the second great place/​company I found by following your readers’ reviews. Michael did an amazing job for me. It was a little hard to find him because the link for his website has changed from what is posted on Unilocal,so I tried someone else. My next call was to a different company who told me «you have a real emergency on your hands» and you need to pay for our emergency services immediately. I decided to Google him and I found him that way. I got ahold of him at 3:30 on a Friday and he was here a little after 5, because he said he could make it, not because he said I had an emergency. He stayed until the job was done around 6:30. Actually, the job only took him about 10 minutes, but he was so kind to stay and explain every machine running in my basement since I am recently a single female. How reassuring to find someone I could trust. The actual work boiled down to something very simple for him to fix but he also took the time to tape up an old vent that was open, told me I needed an air filter for my electronic filter which was no longer working. He came back Monday afternoon with the new filter, installed it, and only charged me for the filter. I’m beyond thrilled that I have found a trusty, dependable hvac person in my area and who will come as quickly as he can. They don’t make repair guys any better than Michael. If I could give him ten stars, I would.

I’m bumping my review up to five stars for Michael. This past week has been brutally hot. My AC unit quit on friday evening and I called him to see if he could come out on Saturday, he said sorry but he was booked. I asked him to keep me in mind if he had a cancellation. Yea!!! He called about 3:00 pm, said he was about five minutes away. He could have just called it a day but instead he came over on Saturday afternoon. Thank you Michael.
