We usually stay at Marriott hotels for the rewards points(Residence Inn is our favorite). This trip we wanted to be close to family and they recommended this hotel. It was clean, staff was very friendly, and rooms were great. We had a 2 queen bed suite and it was very large, not squished like some hotels. Like Marriott, they have coffee, hot tea, ice water, and cookies available 24 hours a day in the lobby. I am a big coffee drinker, and the coffee maker in room is never decent, so this is a must. Breakfast was also quite good with many choices, and is offered until 10:30, another plus since we are not morning folks. The pool was warmer than most, the hot tub huge, and the ground in the pool area is made of tiny rocks, so it is non-slippery and gives me peace of mind with 2 kids. The pool also has late hours, 10:00 for kids and midnight for adults, that’s a bonus for us since we usually arrive later in the pm and like to swim before bed. All that to say I was super impressed and we even stayed at another Country Inn on our drive back home and were equally pleased at that location.

Clean, easy, no frills hotel, good for business. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times on business trips to MN and most of the time I have had a good experience. The staff are very inconsistent tho and some visits I do encounter staff with bad attitudes. The main pluses for this place are: — complimentary breakfast — comfortable beds — complimentary shuttle to nearby businesses — clean gym facility The location is definitely not that great with only 2 restaurant next door. And very far from the airport or downtown or any main attractions.

We stayed in a standard double queen room. The AC is controlled by a thermostat on the wall. Decent cooling during hot weather. Quiet room. Next to gas station and a few restaurants. Right off the Interstate. The bathroom was a little small and cramped. The pool with water-slide was nice, but a tad chilly. Note that the waterslide is only open at certain times. The hot tub is 102 degrees with lackluster jets. They change the spa water every Monday, so don’t plan on using it on Monday, unless you want to wait for them to heat the water. Comfy beds. Free wifi, free breakfast. A little pricey, but still good.
