best deal for Mexican food in the area. I get the burrito. huge tortilla packed with meat and rice and beans plus a drink for 9 bucks. I go so often they know what I want before I order which is kinda nice to be remembered good tacos but a bit steep at $ 150 per friendly and clean. Christopher B has it right

This is my favorite taco truck. They have a big menu full of great items. My food is always fresh and tastes authentic every time I eat here. The employees inside the truck are also very very nice! Definitely give them a tip!

Nice little parking lot with lots of space. Carna asada and cabesa tacos are LEGIT and are as good as the best ones i’ve had back home in socal. Havent tried their lengua but going by the carne asada, i’d say its pretty good as well. One big down side though: tacos are overpriced at $ 1.50 per. All food truck and sidewalk tacos are ALWAYS $ 1.00. Unless they are using the bigger tortillas which are the size of saucers. Woulda scored it 4 or 5 if it wasnt for the pricing.

Delightfully unexpected! Not the fanciest of food trucks — but the beauty is in the food! Quick, reasonable and so delicious! Go. Eat. Order the Sopitos!(I had the chicken, my sister had chorizo, carnitas & crane asana — all superb!) It’s in Burlington Coat Factory parking lot.

Great spot for a quick bite to eat. Open until 9pm. The truck is located in the parking lot adjacent to Burlington. There are some picnic tables set up if you want to eat outside. CASHONLY and inexpensive. A taco plate comes with four tacos; choice of meat mixed with cilantro and onions topped with an avocado slice and radish slices, a lime and includes a drink. The food is good; I enjoyed my tacos and was full after.

The thing that has stopped me from trying this place out before is that they are cash only. It takes a pretty concentrated effort for me to remember to have cash. I finally stopped by an ATM with the sole intention of getting cash to try this place. I’m glad I did. While the tacos are quite different than my other favorite taco truck they are still really good. I ordered chicken tacos and what seems to make them different is that it’s shredded chicken(like pulled pork style) with some kind of sauce. They are quite messy… Regardless they are still really good. I also like the big slice of avocado they put on the top of each taco. Customer service could be improved but it’s inexpensive and delicious food so I can deal with mediocre customer service. I’ll stop by again when I can remember cash.

I have a hard time giving less than 5 stars to this truck. I have been coming to the truck at this location and its previous location for years. The food quality is incredible, the staff very polite and courteous, the prices are great. The easy way to find this place is to find the Burlington Coat Factory, its in the parking lot.

I drove around a couple times to find this truck as I was determined to try their«El Chavo» torta. If you’re Latin and watched the TV show, you know what I’m referring to. For those of you that don’t know, a TV character LOVED these tortas and now I see why. It has ham, avocado, lettuce, and tomato. They grill the bread so it has a nice crunch to it. I also had two tacos de carne asada. Came with a slice of avocado which added to the taste! I was also excited to see they have Sidral soda(a Mexican apple flavored soda). They also have Mexican candy and deserts I remember having as a kid.(I was too full by the end to have any but I will be back). Note: cash only and the truck is parked inside the Burlington Coat Factory plaza off Hwy 99.

I love salt and can handle quite a bit of it, but the food tastes like someone dumped a whole bottle of it in by accident. The rice flavor was good but a little salty. The puréed beans were too salty but still edible when paired with the rice. The lengua tacos were waaaay too salty and the asada tacos were salty to the point that they were inedible.

Our go to taco place. Good burritos and tacos. Meat marinades, grill, and toppings are authentic. Good salsas and different tasty sodas!

I showed up on a Saturday at 8:15PM. There was a cop sitting there eating dinner, at a food truck. That is a good sign. I ordered the Number 1. 4 mini tortillas(doubled) with carne asada meat. It came with pieces of fresh diced tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. On top of it was a quarter of a fresh avocado. On the side of the plate came a lemon wedge, two slices of radish, and green and red sauces. The meat was tender and very flavorful. No gristle! Since it was«to go», it was on several layers of paper plates, covered in aluminum foil. All of this for $ 6.00. Having grown up in San Diego and lived in Phoenix, this was authentic, hearty, and well worth the price My wife ordered the #3, a burrito with carne asada meat. What she got was an 11 inch oval plate with a huge burrito, half packed with meat. Inside was also beans, rice, and cheese. The top was sprinkled with diced onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. On the side of the plate was sour cream and a quarter of an avocado, two slices of radish, a knife and fork, covered with aluminum foil. She said that the meat was amazing, flavorful, everything was fresh and nothing was stale looking or tasting. FOR $ 7.00! This will be our new«go to» for authentic Mexican food. Can’t wait to try something else on the menu! By the time I left, there were several cars parked around the truck, ordering. There are picnic tables outside in which to sit but nothing under cover. The truck is parked in front of the now closed Mick Finster’s. The lady was nice but didn’t speak much.

I used to love this food truck and only visit it when I had a hankering for Mexican food, but after two years of eating there I finally got fed up with the rude staff and constant missing food items in my to-go orders. The truck is run by a husband and wife(as far as I can tell) and neither one of them smiles, says thank you, or even treats you with any sort of hospitality. The final straw for me was when I went there on Thanksgiving, alone, to grab some food. Of course, I was the only person in line. They were not only rude, but when I got home I realized they had forgotten half my order AGAIN. That was it for me. If you cannot get an order right when you only have one… then what is the point. Sadly, the food is darn good! Big portions at a good price. Just don’t expect to get any good customer service or your full order.

With the food truck boom in full swing here in Seattle, the earliest trucks were predominantly taco trucks. When Mick Finster’s closed their doors this truck(originally located further north on Aurora Ave in Edmonds) moved to the parking lot just north of Burlington(is it even a coat factory anymore)? But I digress. I’ve walked by it several times and always saw people grubbing here. Finally in May I walked over(huge plus for me as I live nearby) and tried a torta pollo. Delicious stewed chicken with avocado, lettuce, and tomato. Next walk I ordered a carne asada burrito. Large as others have mentioned(prices have gone up on almost all dishes as of June 2014). I’ve been back a handful of times and have not been disappointed. Good place to grab a bite. Btw: all dishes come with a drink. If you don’t want or need the drink, tell them and you’ll save a buck. Cash only. Limited English. Great food!

ALLGOOD! Sanitation? I have never gotten sick. We followed this truck to its current/new location and it’s worth the drive for the meal. Been eating here for the past 7 years. Same owners. Same great food.

This is the best Taco Truck I have found in Seattle. The portions are generous, very tasty, and the staff is friendly. I have tired lots of Taco trucks up and down the West Coast and this is one of my favorites. I can’t recommend it highly enough. And they even give you a free drink with your entrée. Try all the dishes. I am still trying since I can’t make it past my many favorites. What a good problem to have.

New to the area I just moved from Houston Texas and I love taco trucks, this one didn’t disappoint. First off the directions are incorrect its actually in the PARKINGLOTNEXTTOBURLINGTONCOATFACTORY. Besides that food was amazing and fairly priced $ 6 for 4 tacos and $ 7 for a massive burrito. All in all I really enjoyed the food I will be back again.

I moved to Seattle from Southern California 2 years ago. This taco truck is the real deal! No other Mexican restaurant in a 10 mile radius compares to the authentic taste of the food served here. They have three different types of salsa and they’re all very good! Cash only. Open till 10pm. For $ 7 you can buy a giant plate of Mulitas with beans, rice, and small salad. Mulitas are quesadillas with meat inside… pour salsa over them and you won’t be disappointed.

This was a pretty busy taco truck and the crowd was a even mix of gringos and Mexicans. I ordered a chicken torta. Other then it being a little burnt(see photo) it was a great looking very big torta. It had a stewed chicken meat, lettuce, tomato, mayo and avocado on it there were no jalapenos on it :(. The taste was pretty blah like there is zero spice on it at all. I added a whole container of their red sauce on it and still just blah. It was $ 5.00 for the sandwich and a drink. I would give this place a overall 2 ½ stars There is a ton of way better taco trucks out there but this is one is OK and will do in a pinch.
