Simons & Lowe Orthodontics

This was the orthodontist recommended by our dentist. I have been pleased with every visit that we have had. The staff is all very courteous and welcoming. I am amazed with the improvement in my sons teeth and he is only a little less than half way through his treatment. 100% confidence in both of the orthodontists skills and would recommend them to anyone looking for an Orthodontist.

Ever since I became a new customer 6 months ago, they have provided nothing but great service to me. Always friendly and supportive, the whole staff here is amazing and very polite. Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctors always have a smile on their face and ask how your day is going. Any little question/​concern you may have they are more than happy to help you in any way they can. I really do not see how I or anyone else could have any complaints at all. There’s a reason their office was referred to me by my dentist. I recommend this office to anyone who wants great customer service!

Dr. Simons was recommended to me by the receptionist at Einstein Middle School when my son was a student there. She had so many compliments of his personal and professional life, I had to have a consultation before choosing an orthodontist. From the first meeting, it was evident that Dr. Simons is a caring professional. During my son’s treatment, he was always available for emergencies. He responded promptly to after hours phone calls. My son now has beautiful, straight teeth!
But above and beyond… my son is currently serving as a U.S. Marine. This past summer, while training in Oklahoma, my son informed me that his upper retainer had broken. Tiffany (Dr. Simon’s assistant) and Dr. Simons were able to replace his retainer long distance! To this day, I am still touched by their compassion. I will never forget how helpful they are. Never-​ending thank you’s to both of them!

Its been almost two years and my braces are coming off in a few weeks. yessss!!! I am soo glad I decided to have my braces done at Dr. Simons & Dr. Lowes. the results so far is amazing. This is my 2^nd time having braces and compared to the last orthodontist I went to they are very professional and I actually enjoy seeing the staff every month. I can tell they really care about their patients. Great service!
