I really wanted to give this place benefit of the doubt. I usually order through Eat24, used to do it pretty frequently, and the delivery usually happened at the tail-end of the delivery window(but timely enough, and the food tasted fine). Then, about a month ago or so, the restaurant took over 2 hours to deliver, not coming to the door until theirs were closed, making any complaint or redo on the cold, soggy order impossible. I had to contact Eat24 to get any sort of refund, and in the end, over an hour late barely warranted half-off. The food is decent enough that I figured maybe it was a really bad night, things happen, I’d be willing to try it again. Another few orders went through alright, again delivering right at the tail end of the window, but nothing egregious. Well, it’s happened again tonight. Over an hour late(i.e.; a two hour wait total) and counting. Same excuses as the last time: too busy and the time was«misquoted.» A two hour wait is not misquoted time, it’s unfortunately poor management. Refuse online orders if you’re that swamped. The first time I was willing to write off as a mistake, or a bad night. Fool me once. Do it again, and we’re done, professionally. [EDIT: food was fine by the time delivery happened, thus the second star. But that wait time is killer(and not in a fun slang way).]

I went to eat here with my boss, i ordered pad see ew. 11.5 dollars, i think it was ok. I wont say it was best, since i think there’s chaiyo and chada if you go a little further north. The brown rice was mushy, so i wont recommend it. They also have a different twist on their veggie roll, its a combination of clear noodle, carrots and cabbage. which was actually pretty good! And of the thai coffee was good too:)

Ordered food thru EAT24. Delivery showed up 1.5hr later. Food got cold and soggy. Tasted really bad. Awful! Will never go back or order from them again!

Our extended family has eaten here on numerous occasions for well over a decade. Not as good as it once was — menu quite a bit different(slimmed down and the same dishes you find everywhere) and different faces. perhaps new ownership? Service tonight was incredibly slow — over 30 minutes to start getting food, the restaurant was FREEZING, seafood special was missing calamari, and dishes were not being cleared. Food was fresh and well cooked, with decent portions. Peanut sauce is very tasty!

My go-to is the pud thai, and for the price is HUGE portion and delicious. They deliver quickly, and are so friendly. They’ve got my business for as long as I live here!

First thing I noticed there were two people standing around waiting for their food but the restaurant was absolutely empty. The girl at the register seated our party of 5. Then we sat there since the girl was doing to go orders. So a male waiter came by and just dropped the menus on the table and didn’t even say anything to us. He didn’t even look properly dressed wearing a tank top type shirt with a Seahawks hat. And put cups down. 10 mins later the girl returned she was very nice and welcoming. She worked here previously with the previous owners. Then the male waiter came back and I asked if he could turn on the heater since it was about 40 degrees in there when it was 48 degrees outside. He moved one of the portable space heaters closer to my table which I thought was weird because he had extension cords all over the restaurant. My party ate with two jackets. We also received our food pretty far apart so our friends food got cold waiting for each other. The portion is reasonably for the price but they definitely have to step it up. It’s not like it used to be anymore! It makes me sad to write this since I used to come here all the time.

We love to support local restaurants in our community. Here are some quick tips: If you’re dining in, you’ll have a great time. Quiet atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly. Parking can be tricky in the lot as the spaces seem very narrow. We love the Pad Thai and the Massaman curry, and the Full Moon fried rice is also very good. Bathing Rama is good and the Lard Na is excellent! The food is REALLY good, however call-in orders can get messed up. There have been at least two times when I’ve had to return to correct a mistake. Ask to review your order before you leave. Only a minute of your time, and you’ll be glad you did. Why not have some Thai iced tea while you’re waiting for your take out order? You will not be disappointed here.

I am hoping that Full Moon will improve again, otherwise I would not bother writing this. I so want to like this restaurant again. We had been going there once a week for 4 years… occasionally inconsistent but usually very good. Less than a year ago, things started getting worse. Last 5 – 6 times have been worse and worse, and then the final was undercooked, WAY undercooked chicken, in a dish we could not eat. The people who work there are so very kind, that is why I marked in 2 stars. Bring back old chef? New chef? And if you do, let people know, otherwise I would not dare to go back.

I love this place! Not a big chain, it’s a family owned and operated. The food is great! And fast service.

Crab fried rice is all time fave. The plum sauce is so good. I like to add shrimp for the fresh roll. The portion is generous!

My husband and I ordered crispy garlic chicken, house fried rice, and some fried spring rolls for delivery. It took about an hour but that was our estimated delivery time anyway. The crispy garlic chicken was covered in a thick sticky sauce and was sweet with a little spiciness(were ordered mild). The rice was ok but a little lacking flavor and the spring rolls were adequate. I have no complaints about my meal and enjoyed it very much but there was nothing extra delicious to mention. I’d probably order from Full Moon again but I’ll have to consider som different dishes.

I recently moved to Richmond Beach and I love Thai food. I am super picky ehen it comes to the places I eat from. This place is AMAZING! I ordered beef pad thai & house special fried rice, YUMMMM we even got 3 soups which were also delicious! This will definitely be my new thai spot, apart from my #1 in Fremont.

Hands down the best Thai food I’ve ever tasted. It was right across the street from where I lived so I went on a regular basis. I’d order for pick up and it was ready in a timely manner and ready for me in the 7 minutes it took me to walk over there. I was very sad to leave it when I moved so I’ve tried a few other Thai restaurants around my current area and nothing compares. Not to mention you get a decent amount of food so you have a bonus meal the next day.(Or later that night.)

I ordered delivery this evening. They were very quick, 35 mins for still steaming hot Thai food. It was fantastic, the Pineapple fried rice was great, as was the garlic pepper beef and orange chicken. Definitely plan to order from there again.

Placed an order today at 7:58pm, order was confirmed and set to deliver in 45−60min. After 1hr15min contacted eat24 since this restaurant would not answer their phone. Eat24 contacted them and they said they were on their way. 30min later(restaurant is only 5min from my house) NODELIVERY! Just dump me and leave me hangry?! So wrong! What horrific customer service! Like to lie and say they are leaving and on their way with the delivery and just never come, ridiculous. Got delivery once before– fresh spring rolls and larb gai. The spring rolls came with like a sweet n sour sauce, weird, but they were good. Larb was good too. Delivery was like 15min late that time.

There was meat in my vegetarian curry :(Like little pieces of beef that sunk to the bottom and clung to the vegetables. The curry was vaguely flavorful. My dad’s lemongrass chicken looked terrible — the sauce was thick & white like country gravy but he seemed happy. The restaurant was VERY cold both in atmosphere and temperature. My parents LOVE this place & it is very affordable($ 9-$ 11 for most dishes). They have tofu, seafood, beef, chicken, etc. Rice is extra $ 2. Their peanut sauce was pretty good. Can be hard to find — entrance is tucked into a little strip mall.
