Not my cup of tea. I had to say NO firmly to one of the dogs who would not leave my dog alone. There seemed to be some other friendly dogs there, too bad that one stalker dog wouldn’t go away. We left and won’t be back.

This park is in a convienient location, with easy parking. It is reasonably well maintained, which means it’s nice when the weather is nice, and a bit mucky when there’s been a lot of rain(as should be expected). Plenty of friendly dogs for my pup to play with and cheerful owners to chat with. The dogs are almost always well behaved, or kept in line by their owners. My issue with this park is that there is apparently a culture of not caring about picking up dog waste. I come here regularly and it is normal for me to pick up 3 or four small bags full of crap. I go to multiple dog parks with my furry fella and this park is by far the worst when it comes to this issue. This is the equivalent of parents throwing their infants’ diapers out around a playground! Feces can pass diseases and parasites on to other dogs, and humans, such as parvovirus, whip worms, hookworms, roundworms, Giarda, and Coccidia. Pick up your dog poop, people!

This is a nice small off leash park in a weird industrial or health complex, it’s really hard to tell. However it is loosely fenced(with a really weak wire) and has a nice open space for your dog to run around. The ground looks like it probably gets really nasty after a few days of straight rain, so pick your visits wisely. There is plenty of parking and a port-a-john outside which is always pleasant at dog parks. There are also some random toy like things for your dogs to enjoy in the park(like a half tire). All in all not the best dog park I’ve visited, but a nice use of space.

I discovered this place after conducting a search on Google because I had exhausted most of the North Seattle off-leash dog parks. This is a little gem in the Shoreline neighborhood off of 15th Ave NE past the Goodwill. It shares the same block as Food Lifeline and something else. It’s not the largest and prettiest park, but it’s quiet and there is lots of parking. They have a big water tank to fill the water bowls and even a box of used tennis balls to play catch. Dogs have lots of space to roam and there are benches for the humans too. I would definitely come back because it’s less crowded than the other parks and it’s close to home as well.
