The lady, who is working on drive thru that night refused my survey coupon, with a reason expired, but the next day I can used that coupon inside restaurant …
WITHOUT any problem .
The same problem with my friend, drive thru lady refused the coupon because, the survey coupon from another store, my friend doesn’t believe her, she went inside, the girl in the counter, take care her very well, without problem at all ‚
The Question is how come,
she can used the coupon inside restaurant in 5 minutes different ???,
Finally, who is the women refused we are coupon is the same person :
Rude lady with glasses, she is not to high, & little bite heavy,
I hope the manager, take care this problem, & teaching her to be nice & don’t to be such lier, or popeyes will loss the business because her…

I have always been a fan of Popeye’s chicken and biscuits, so the getting anything less than four stars from me on this review would be a net loss for the chain. The big difference between this location and most of the other locations I have eaten at (mostly on the NJ turnpike) is the staff is very friendly and helpful. In our many stops here we have yet to hit the typical rest stop lines at the counter or the «Sorry we are out» of whatever I am looking for.
Yesterday was this first try at two new items. The pepper-​barrel tenders and the Spice packed Wings. If you are searching for flavor the wings are the way to go. The blend of the different peppers make for a really interesting taste. I wonder how the side sauce further enhances it. (I wonder because they forgot to provide some in my to-​go bag). The tenders didn’t do anything for me, and I would have preferred to have their regular spice flavoring.
Final not on the wings is that they were a little scrawny, and by that I mean very small, smaller than BWW or Hurricane for comparison. My meal came with six, but I am sure that I could finish 10 during a meal including fries and the biscuit.
So in the end, plan to eat a few more than usual for the wings and stay with the plan spicy strips for the most flavor.

Went again this past Tuesday night — unbelievably poor staff interaction with customers and the food SUCKED ! I guess that would be my last visit to this particular Popeye’s.

So happy this place opened. The fried chicken is amazing. The employees are very nice. The fries were not fresh so they were not great. I dont mind waiting for them to cook fresh fries and wish the didnt just cook a huge amount that ends up getting cold before it gets sold. The chicken is so amazing, I over looked the fries. Oh and the biscuits. The are salty but not in a bad way these biscuits are amazing. Maybe next time I can swap out the fries for an extra biscuit or 2. I hope this place stays just as good as it is and perhaps makes fries more often in smaller batches.

Great food prices same as any other fast food but the biggest thing inside the restaurant is a great experience the drive threw sucks no idea what u order

I’m guessing this is a new location. Located on William Floyd Parkway, south of Sunrise Highway. Everything looks fresh & new. The drive thru was packed to capacity almost overflowing into the street. However, the employees were pumping out orders like a well oiled machined! The employees were friendly even in the midst of an obvious rush. Our order came out piping hot & the aroma took over the car. I had to fight myself not to bust open the bag! As you may all know, I love Popeyes spicy recipe! Well thank you Popeyes in Shirley for not disappointing me! The chicken and biscuits were hot & fresh, the coleslaw was actually cold! (Very big deal to me!). When we decide on another beach adventure day, Popeye’s Fried Chicken is sure to be included! See you soon! Happy Unilocaling!!!
