This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Today I had a very rude clerk in the drive thru (which takes long enough for the person in front of me to change a child’s diaper and feed them a bottle)…tell me that even though I have Medicaid and my scripts prior to cost me nothing that with a smirk in her face say «welll everyone needs to pay something for their medications». I did not get her name. She is a short red head old woman. That was totally unprofessional to say to a customer. She doesn’t know my life. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!

I have never had more problems with a pharmacy. From losing prescriptions to not reading faxes from doctors correctly, it has been one issue after another with this store. I realize that issues occur and I consider myself a very understanding person when it comes to customer service, but the service that I get at this location is deplorable. In the odd case that you can get assistance, the staff treat you like you are interrupting their time and it is a privilege for them to interact with you. Being from the Shinnston locale, I try to have all of my business done at local establishments, but I can no longer tolerate THIS establishment. I am moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
