I first learned of this genius carpet cleaner when she was summoned to a sewage backup on office carpeting where I worked. I have since had her come to my home for carpet cleaning: one time I was looking after a puppy for a friend and pup made the biggest mess you could imagine on cream colored carpeting which was trodden on carpet, wall and curtains. Janet saved me from a nervous breakdown! She cancelled the client of the day and came right over. She has since come and worked her magic on our guest apartment carpeting between tenants several times with remarkable results. Trust your carpets to a woman is her slogan… and this is one hard working woman!
