Well, although the technology end has made things a little easier, your employees customer service is still horrible. Bruce, the disgruntled front desk employee, who has probably been there since the stone ages was a terrible human being as usual. Customers with simple questions get made fun of by him in front of the whole crowd. You work here, we don’t, it is your job to answer questions. So sorry that I didn’t study my personal DMV handbook or go to Penndot college. I forgot I should know everything about your operations before I walk in the door. Everyone has to use your services, no one wants to be here. You make people feel so horrible when they come here. You people are bullies and the kind of people who make people kill themselves. I hope that someday there will be some way to process DMV transactions without ever stepping foot in this horrible place.

Unless you enjoy torturing yourself, I would suggest that you not come here.

One of the two people decided to come outside and divide the line up based on what you were there for. That would have been cool minus the attitude, jerk off. I’m sorry that your parents didn’t bless you with height. Perhaps you got picked on as a kid and now you’ve decided to take it out on me. I didn’t steal your lunch money back in ’87. I also didn’t shove your head in a toilet and proceed to give you a swirley. That being said, don’t treat me and the other people that are literally standing in a line as long as this strip mall like crap because Suzie, Tom & Dick decided to call off of work today.
I came here first thing in the morning and didn’t leave until almost 3 PM. Absolutely ridiculous. #NeverAgain
