They don’t do the cleaning in house. I used them a couple of times until I dropped my work coat off and was told it would be ready after 5 the next day. The next day I stopped to pick up my coat, on my way to work, and it wasn’t ready. What it was is the delivery truck had not arrived to drop it back off. So I wasn’t even able to take it with me, uncleaned. I wasn’t given an apology or an offer for a discount just told it wasn’t here. The next day I came back and again no apologies. Have not went back, I now use Capital Cleaners, which is next door and they do the cleaning in house.
