I would give 0 stars if possible. It’s as if this franchise knows that McDonald’s will sell itself, even with terrible service. Want a cheeseburger, oh sorry– they might be out of cheese. Want a Big Mac? Sorry– there might be a quarter pounder in your bag. Or even better– NOBEEFBETWEENTHEBUNS. Don’t even bother with the fries, my dog won’t even eat them & she licks her own you know what. Oh, and see all those lights on inside the restaurant at 11pm inviting you to come order a late night snack? And the lights on in the drive through as well? I’ll save you some time– they are closed. But for some reason they don’t want you to know this until you and 4 other cars sit & wait at the drive through and get no response. This place is a joke.

Extremely poor service. I was overcharged, spoken to rudely. The cashier could hardly speak English, couldn’t understand my order even though I only got 2 egg sandwiches, just the sandwiches and 2 sausage egg sandwich meals. simple. even after the manager fixed my order the workers still gave me the wrong order. don’t waste your time here.

why don’t the owners do something about their store? This place really sucks! They close early, the food is bad and the people can’t speak English. WHATTHEHELL??? Clean up your mess owners! Your restaurant sucks! All the reviews are like this, why are they not doing anything about it?

As you can see from other reviews, the Sherwood McDonalds is an embarrassment to the chain. A realistic estimate is that 80% of our orders are wrong when we receive them, sometimes in ways that can’t be found until you get home or unless you physically open the packages at the drive-thru window to check. Wrong items in the containers(a fish(?) filet in the a McNuggets box anyone?), wrong sandwiches from what was ordered, just not good. Have contacted the franchise owners through the corporate website with no response. Have contacted corporate about the location with no response. I guess no one cares that this one is a black mark on the chain.

Good and bad things about this place. Latest visit I asked for two different soft drinks, took them 5 minutes to figure it out and gave me the same one twice and one was covered in soda and dripping when handed to me in the drive thru…

What happened to McDonald’s french fries, they used to be so good! I usually avoid going to McDonald’s but every once in awhile I crave a Sausage and Egg McMuffin. The new drive-thru system they have has caused some order mix ups as well. You really need to double check your orders when you use it.

One of my worst experiences ever at a McDonald’s. Cashier ignored me asked the next person in line their order, couldn’t figure out coupons — overcharged, let multiple orders of frys go to other customers later in line before me. This is pretty typical here. I’d avoid it.

Horrible McDonalds business franchise. They really should be ashamed, but the sad part is they will continue to get business because there are not many quick food options in Sherwood. My experience: It really bothered me how there was an advertised price on the drive-thru menu and then they proceed to charge me a different price even after I questioned. I was told«yeah, the price changed» but they refused to honor the advertised price. Such poor business management and operation. Then when I arrived home, my daughter tried her fries, which were cold and tasted like they were made the day before. They resolution was not much better offering to «make it right» if I came back to the restaurant. Sorry but my time is much more valuable and I should not have ever been inconvenienced and should not have to return so they can attempt to make something right that should never have been this way to begin with. Clearly based upon all of the negative reviews, no one is paying attention to the customer’s concerns. Sad, just sad. The only reason one star was given was because Unilocal forces you to select one prior to posting a review. I don’t feel it deserves any! Hopefully my negative experience helps someone’s future encounter to select another establishment that can offer far better service than this one.

Fries are almost always limp and cold here. Ordered a coffee in drive through(so did car ahead of me) i was told it would be done brewing in a minute and to pull into the waiting spot like the car ahead. Waited 5 minutes and finally car ahead went inside and cones out to tell me they forgot about us. I go inside to get coffee and manager was snarky about the whole situation!

If I wanted to eat cold food I would pack a lunch. At this McDonald’s, you will not receive hot food unless you specifically ask for it. I just ate there and the service was terrible, my fries were cold and soggy, and my cheeseburger literally had zero trace of warmth. And the they forgot my drink. I called to report the bad service and the manager didn’t even speak English. Don’t go to Mcdonalds in Sherwood.

The Sherwood McDonalds, for as long as I’ve lived in the area, is probably one of the worst fast-food places I’ve been to. Unfortunately, in the interest of convenience and time constraints, we end up running through the drive-thru on rare occasion. Earlier this week they once again met my expectations for being incompetent, apathetic and a waste of money. I ordered a couple meals. 2– 10pc Chicken nugget meals w/hot mustard and a plain cheeseburger. How many dipping sauces are you supposed to get with the nuggets? 2 per. We got 3 total. 2+2=3 using their new math I guess. 1 — plain cheeseburger. I guess at the Sherwood McDonalds that means you REALLY want a plain chicken sandwich because a chicken sandwich is what we received. Fries — COLD, CHEWY, NOSALT and the one medium fry was filled half way — I have a picture I’m attaching. They’ve installed visual ordering screens in the drive-thru but they’ve managed to completely defeat that failsafe of the customer confirming what they ordered when the staff can’t manage to pay enough attention to what they are putting in the bags. Do yourself a favor. Do NOT go to this place. I never like to see businesses fail but in this case it would be doing the paying community a great service.

I can’t do zero stars so this place gets 1 star. They nickel and dime you for sauces and add-ons here AND, in spite of the fact that there’s a neon sign that says«Drive through open 24 hours» they are only open until 11pm. Really??? 24 hour sign glowing and you close at 11pm???
