Hugely disappointed. Go elsewhere! I needed to fix my pool decking so I called and made an appointment. Brody came out to take a look and left without saying a word. It’s been over 3 weeks and I have yet to hear anything from him. I tried calling him several times over the past 3+ weeks, I left multiple messages with the receptionist as well as on Brody’s voicemail. He simply won’t return my calls. Don’t even bother with Brody and this company.

Said one thing on the phone, another in person We’re a residence. That was made clear over the phone. We just need our pool refurbished. They said they could get us in mid-June over the phone. Then once Brody came out he saw that it wasn’t a big job so he said he usually pushes«these sort of residential jobs» out ’til the Fall. Yeah, when everybody is just dying to go swimming. They knew it was a residential job before they came out. They knew it was just re-surfacting, re-coping and getting a new cover. And yet, once Brody came out he tried to handle me by telling me how fabulous they are and about all the commercial jobs they do, blah, blah, blah. I’ve gotten the same olé story 3 Springs now. If they don’t care about their residential customers because we don’t pay as much as commercial ones do then fine. I, as a potential residential customer, don’t care about you. Let your kids starve over the cold rainy months. I don’t care. My kids can’t go swimming until this pool is fixed. Do you care? Sorry my money isn’t good enough for you. Next!
