Originally placed my order on September 10th. After being told it’d be ready by the end of the week, I called to check on the order and was informed my size in the jacket I wanted was backordered. No problem — I went in to try the next size up so they could use that one and not have to wait on a new delivery. Three weeks later, I once more called about the status of my order and they still didn’t have it finished. Turns out that they were out of stock on the rhinestones that I had wanted used on the jacket… but didn’t call to let me know or offer a substitution. After I drove over to approve another(available) color of rhinestone, they had the order ready within six hours. However, the design that we talked about and she wrote down on the order form was not what ended up on the front of my jacket. Not sure why communication is lacking here, because with the infinite number of possibilities, this could be an incredibly awesome place for custom work. Too bad I won’t have anything made here again.
