I had The Lock Doc come out and re-key my house when I purchased it. Then a few months later I was checking the spare key as I was leaving town and needed to provide a neighbor a key to let the dog out. The door would not unlock either with the key or the thumb turn. They came out within the hour and repaired the lock. They are friendly and reliable. GOOD PEOPLE!!!
