Very good tex mex. Our server was very attentive. Decent crowd on a Sunday afternoon. Only downside was the stomach churning later, too many tasty beans!

They have awesome food! I think they have the best Mexican food in Sherman love their Salsa everytime we have been there the service has been spot on! The recently but a full bar in and if you drink you will want to check it out! The owner always comes by our table and checks to make sure we have everything we need and our food is ok! There is plenty of seating on Friday and Saturday nights no hour waits like some of the other places in town! Plus they have great specials going on! Lunch Prices are cheap and quick so if you don’t have long for lunch during the week this is where you need to be! Restaurant is always clean!

Holy Olé! Beef Alambres were magnifico! Tender beef, onions and peppers perfectly blended with a tasty and decadent cheese. If you’re looking for a comment on the chips and salsa or queso you should remove yourself from Unilocal. btw, the salsa could use a huge kick in the picante direction.

My wife and I have been to Mariachi’s 3 times and we’re happy with everything each time. Rice and beans are always good. The salsa is tasty, though be warned if you don’t like cilantro. The relleno was above average, seasoned ground beef good. I had a fish dish last night I’d rate above average, not as high as their more standard fare. the wait staff goes above and beyond. We’ve been on Saturday evening twice and recommend especially if you want to get away from the Town Center crowd s.

Dinner was delish! The chips and salsa started the meal off, warm tortilla chips and the salsa has just the right amount of heat. The #12 hit the spot and the margaritas were some of the best I’ve had in this area .The entire staff took very good care of us and we never had to ask for anything. For sure will be making a return visit!

Each time I went to family owned establishment I was well pleased. The food was wonderful. The staff was super friendly. The prices can fit everyone’s budget. And rather you dine in or to go.

Subpar Mexican food, and it’s overpriced. If you’re looking for good, local Mexican food, go to La Mesa instead.

Came here with a big group for lunch one day. They were very attentive and brought the food out pretty fast. The chips were good and their queso was delicious! I ordered the lunch special of the chicken flautas. I was brought a huge plate of rice, beans, lettuce, guacamole, and fried flautas. The flautas were a little too heavy for my taste, but I am very glad that I could dip them in guacamole. The rice and beans were ok, but nothing amazing. This place is a decent tex-mex place and they have lots of menu options. I probably wouldn’t come back, but definitely would recommend it to tex-mex fans out there who want a hardy meal!

I’ve been here twice now and had good experiences both times! I’m not a local so needed extra time to look through the many pages in the menu. First time I ever came here I ordered the Fajitas and Sauteed Mushrooms and it was BOMB. This time I am in the process of transitioning to Vegan and just KNEW they were going to mess up my order somewhere with all of the alterations that I had to make… THEYDIDNT! Miracles happen. Haha. Also I must add that their salsa is actually pretty damn good and you can even ask for a spicier one, if you dare, and they will bring it from the back. :) Hostess could stand to have her snotty attitude adjusted but both waiters I have had have been good enough to get a FATTIP from me. :p

This is a fun, divey, good old-fashioned Tex-mex style restaurant with great Margaritas and good food. From what I’ve observed, they are best on Friday and Saturday nights for a family dinner because that’s when they have the most staff on deck. We took a group of 11 people(5 kids) and the service was pretty good. I ordered the Chicken Alhambras. It was very tasty, was a nice escape from the usual«enchiladas and burritos», and had exceptional depth in flavor. I recommend this dish to anyone who loves green peppers, onions, and lots of ooey-gooey cheese. Portion sizes are large and they will gladly refill the chip bowl and salsa as much as necessary. Pro tip: Get your margaritas on the rocks because the bartender is a little«heavy handed», if ya know what I mean(*elbow nudge and a wink*).

Went on a Sunday for lunch. Nice place, pretty crowded, I was seated quickly. My server was nice but seemed new. I ordered the Chili Relleno and there choices of filling and had to tell her I wanted chicken, she didn’t ask. The food was great, a big poblano stuffed with shredded chicken and topped with cheesy goodness. It came with flour tortillas, I prefer corn. Chips and salsa were good, world’s smallest salsa bowl, but my server gladly refilled it. I liked this place, I’ll be back.
