These guys do flawless work!!! They are passionate about what they do and we felt super taken care of. We had to have some tufting on an ottoman repaired and they fixed it so that you can’t even see where it was messed up.

I have spoken to William since originally posting this review and he was very sorry apologetic about what happened.
His work is good .
We sit on our cushions all the time and gotten so many compliments about how beautiful they! It’s been 2 summers and they have held up very well!
I ‘ll probably even bring another piece to him that I want covered before our big Derby Day party in the spring. I’m sure everything will go smoothly then :)
I ordered10 patio cushions made and I provided my own foam and fabric.
I was given a quote and when I went, serveral days after he NEVER CALLED to say the cushions were finished, I was charges an extra $ 100 over the agreed upon price!
I had the guy there call William whom I had originally worked with and he stuck by the higher price!
I returned to the shop the next day with my original estimate in hand and was very sweet and told them that I did not understand what the extra charge was for since I had provided all the materials and and an exactly drawn out and color coded diagram of what I wanted !
William was very shocked at all my paperwork proof that had his signature on it!
he rifled thru his disorganized stack of papers and found his copy of the original estimate and had to agree that I was correct!
He refunded my $ 100 in CASH!
He seemed puzzled NOT APOLOGETIC for his overcharge and poor customer service!
The cushion are pretty good looks wise, but an important functional detail about the zippers was not done at all!
The actual sewers didn’t really speak English, which is fine, that’s why I created the diagram and illustration. I am a designer and make patterns so I know my way around a technical drawing .
Then they were still not sewn done exactly to my written /​drawing specifications!
Very irritating!
Buyer: BEWARE of OVER CHARGING!!!

We slipcovered our living room furniture recently to match a sofa we purchased. William and WM did a great job matching the skirt and details of the design. The pricing was reasonable and the work was well done. I highly recommend this company.

I took an on old mid-​century modern rocking chair in just before Christmas. Brought my own fabric. They were prompt and courteous and very fair in their pricing. Great workers, great craftsmanship, excellent service.
