I went to the wireless champs in burbank… I went to the mall just to look at new phones and the guy pressures me into this piece of crap phone saying I could return it and everything will go back to the way it was if I dont like it. No pressure just give it a test run, What he forgot to mention was the $ 35 return fee… and today when I went to return it they wouldnt take it back and told me to come back tomorrow. Drive all the way over there again to pay them $ 35 to take back a phone not even worth $ 35…horrible horrible… and shady.

this place is the ABSOLUTEWORST. nothing but rude employees who are ungrateful and useless. I came across this kiosk and asked if they had any new Blackberry Curves in stock. They didnt… instead of moving on with my life… they persuaded me into this agreeing to this almost-too-good-to-be-true deal. I extend my contract and get a new Curve for $ 150(50 bucks less than an official T-mobile store would have charged me). the catch was that i had to WAIT for the phone to come in… which was NOT a big deal for me. I wasnt in a hurry, so the employee(no names) promised me that i would have the phone in my hands before friday(so. in about a week). FRIDAY rolls around… no phone call no nothing. so i take the initiative to call them on the status of my phone… of course, they dont have it. the guy on the phone tells me that the employee that i worked with isnt working that day either, how effing convenient! the guy on the phone goes on to tell me that i would have to wait another week or so for my phone… and that asshole even has the balls to say«what do u want me to do? go all the way to New York and get your phone?» HELLNO. that is the last time i deal with sleezy kiosks and bootleg ass stores like«Wireless Champs» NEVERAGAIN. btw, i got my Curve that same day at an OFFICIALTMOBILESTORE. like i said i needed to spend 50 bucks more… but id rather pay more than deal with these fools.

One star. Wow. I really never thought that I would be this dissatisfied with a business to award it just one star. I needed a phone charger as I could no longer stand being cut off from verbal communication with the rest of the world. Relatively simple purchase, right? I even went to the T-Mobile kiosk in the Sherman Oaks Fashion Square where I bought my phone originally, but it seemed to have switched ownership… But it had all the same displays and ads and«official T-Mobile dealer» signs so I thought they might know what they were doing… My first warning should have been when they started examining my phone like it was the freaking Rosetta Stone. Then they start throwing chargers on the floor willy nilly and pick one. I shell out $ 20 for a car charger(somehow it was originally priced at $ 40?!), but the transaction took forever(poor kid, it looked like it was his first day and I totally have sympathy for that, but his supervisor just stood there and didn’t help out at all). I get to my car… and it’s the wrong charger. I head back down and after another twenty minutes and several phone calls to the T-Mobile gods later, and I supposedly have my refund(we’ll see) and they almost forget to give me back my phone altogether. Anyway, I went upstairs to one of those cell phone accessory places with all the cheesy bling and cartoon plate covers and had a working charger in two minutes. Yay! I hate to resort to this cliché, but in this case it is too appropos… these Champs are Chumps!
