Mmm. :/​I want to give a higher rating, but I was kinda let down this last time. I’ve gotten 3 cakes from this bakery. One plain vanilla with flowers and a birthday message (made beautifully), a very decorative red velvet cake, and finally a 3 leches cake for thanksgiving. Now, I’m not saying that you can’t change a recipe but the dish is signature for being a soggy cake drenched in sweet milk. The cake I received did not have any milk sogging out of it, nor was the cake itself too wet. Traditional 3 leches cake was not provided but this cake was absolutely delicious just the same. I was kinda sad that it wasn’t made in the traditional way, and that was like the first comment out of my mom’s mouth. Well maybe the second after noting how beautiful the flowers were on the cake, then shes like oh, this isn’t 3 leches– looked at it closer then agreed with herself again. Kinda bittersweet when the cake is $ 65. I will return, but get my 3 leches elsewhere.

Ordered 200 custom cookies for a client. They turned out awesome ! Great service and very professional quality. I have seen several of their custom cakes as well and they are amazing. They can pretty much make any idea you have into a cake. Not only do they look amazing, they are delicious too. Highly recommend this business !

Phenomenal service level at Viktor Benes bakery. I came in a ordered a ¼ sheet cake for my kids birthday party and Danielle was just so helpful. I paid for the cake at the checkout stand and was able to apply two $ 5 off coupons which was awesome! The cake was decorated so well and the cake was very tasty. It was a hit with all of our guests.

I found there baked goods 5 Star excellent, and the customer service 5 ½ Stars with a bullet. Steve is the super of super customer service.

Really??? What can I say??? Loved the service! I totally forgot everyones name who helped me out, but the first guy who helped me the first time was such a sweet and nice guy. The second time i went in to give a deposit I was helped my this pleasant lady and finally the last time i went in to pick up the cake was another wonderful & helpful lady. The prize was not what i expected… a $ 200 plus cake somewhere else cost me $ 140 here. The cake is exactly what i expected & wanted! Hope they keep giving the same service… and well the cake was delicious. By the way… fyi u can send your ideas by email or a pic of what you are looking for and they will work with you. Love them!

They have all the cakes of my past. Jelly roll and alligator. Excellent quality and the employees take pride in their offerings. This bakery is truly an LA gem.

Exactly what I expected is exactly what we got! These bakers are truly artist! The cake was delicious! Everyone kept asking where did you get your cake? The cake was delivered on time, these people are very punctual. The cake was an EXACT replica of what we asked for!

Amazing cakes and cookies! I was totally happy with the design of the prince cake and cookies for my son’s birthday party. The staff took time to answer questions and said they could pretty much do any type of cake that I’d like. I recommend having your type of cake and design ahead of time, as they don’t have access to the Internet and can’t reference their online cakes.

Kinda pricey… but you get what you pay for. Amazing!
I don’t bring wine to a host/​hostess for a Holiday party — I bring CAKE! Not only is it usually the talk of the evening with the confectionery artistry, but their cakes are usually rich and delicious. Pumpkin-​shaped cake or cornucopia for Thanksgiving Day party… a witches cauldron for Halloween… a giant half of a decorated «egg»… oh the choices!
Or if I’m flying somewhere, I’ll bring a box of their sugar cookies shaped like sharks, rainbows, butterflies and sunshine… even people who hate cookies or are dieting can’t resist trying «just a little piece». You may even find yourself «breaking one (oops!) oh. no. how. did. THAT. happen?» just for a snack on your trip.
