This guy is a professional.
I got a cell phone ticket from a bicycle officer… yes a bicycle officer… who was poaching the 101N Van Nuys entrance just waiting for unsuspecting drivers to get on to the freeway. The officer had 3 cars pulled over already and was trying to deal with all of them and he gives me the signal to pull over. Fight or flight kicked in, should I make a run for it… he is on a bicycle for goodness sakes. I end up pulling over and waiting for him to get to me. I was also in the middle of moving so my car was jam packed with boxes and among other things. Of course I got the not so nice officer that was on a mission to give as many people as many tickets as he humanly possibly can. He cited me for cell phone ticket as well as no proof of insurance because boxes were blocking the glove compartment which would have been a hassle to deal with trying to move everything. Pretty annoyed at this point. I was so busy moving to Orange County and with work and everything I simply did not have time to spend a full day driving back down to Van Nuys, waiting in court for the awesome officer that pulled me over, etc. Luckily I found Daniel. From the very first time I spoke with him I already knew this guy knew what he was doing. He assured me that he will take care of the matter. I emailed him all my information and he represented me in court. I did not have to lift a finger or waste any of my sick days! I did not even know services like this existed but I am glad they do. He even extended the ticket to draw it out and got the ticket reduced significantly [also forcing Mr not so nice officer to have to show up multiple times for the same ticket which was an added bonus!] Just the fact that I did not have to spend in court was well worth it for me! As an athlete and medical transporter, my day is exhausting. Majority of the time I’m off work my body needs recovery from driving city to city as far as rialto victorville baskersfield. Daniel took care of a very complex violation for me. I had received permission from the judge to do traffic school for driving on the wrong side of the road. Unfortunately, there was a clerical error that didn’t charge me the $ 64 traffic school fee. So I received the point even though I did traffic school.

Believe it or not, a Superman couldn’t make it better, I’d rate Daniel 6 or even 7 stars. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, what else do you need to get things done?
