The Park

When I made the decision to move to Sherman Oaks I was so lucky to have found the Park early on in my search. I instantly fell in love with the location. My apartment is quiet, very spacious, clean and I love the way it’s remodeled. The manager is very organized. She got back to me quickly when I had questions and was wiling to make some accommodations for me when it came to my move in date.

The park gave me the best customer service experience possible during my search for an apartment these last few weeks. I tried a few places from Westside Rentals and got the same run-​of-​the-​mill treatment from everyone. Then I I stumbled upon The Park and they honestly do put your mind to ease. The manager and I went over all of the different floor plans. I wound up signing within an hour and absolutely love the place!

Beware!
It may look nice on the outside but once you have signed that lease and are locked in — your in for a treat. Termites, Mold and Appliance Issues. The maintenance man has probably been hired illegally and has no clue how to fix things — instead he masks them, making them worse. The resident managers lack all common sense and any sort of intelligence. They lie to get you to sign the lease, and then show you a bunch of «hidden» fees that you now have to pay. They dont return phone calls or emails and it takes months for maintenance to fix something. There is always something broken in the laundry room. The gym is fake — the machines, TV and stereo were taken out of the gym after we moved in. Then someone else is looking at the apt’s and they are back for a week only! The pool is dirty and if you would like to go in the evening in the summer — use your quiet voice because you can’t disturb the resident manager’s new baby.
This place is a joke! Stay far away!
